Arrived home from Afghanistan to spend holidays with my family.
We checked in after midnight due to a very long drive. I was very tired to notice any details about my room. In the morning I realized that the toilet would not flush, the seat was dirty, and also the tub would not drain. I contact IHG customer care before I contacted the hotel as I was concerned about the points used on this 5 night stay. They contacted the hotel and shortly after I received a call from the hotel staff. They offer to switch rooms, maybe even breakfast, but I declined. After living in less-than favorable condition, the last thing I wanted was a dirty room. I did not feel comfortable spending the rest of my stay at this hotel. Although they could have reedy the situation, why not get it right the first time? They had the entire day to ensure everything was perfect...very disappointed.

This hotel has gone downhill in terms of value for the money, service and atmosphere. The rooms are still OK though; good mattress, room darkening curtains.

Very disappointed with the Hotel Management staff. I had booked 2 hotel rooms for 3 nights choosing the lowest cost guarantee option. My plans changed due to situations beyond my control. When I tried to cancel the rooms nearly week before my arrival I was told of a "policy" that the type of rooms I had booked were "non-refundable". I am a loyal IHG Ambassador member who chooses to stay in Holiday Inn for all my travels. Even after appealing to all the higher ups in the property, the management pointed to the loop hole and refused to refund me for unused rooms. Rules are made by people and such attitude of this property manager left a very bad taste in my mouth apart from undue financial stress for services I did not use

Comfortable bed and great service.. The personel at checkin are excellant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stay at this Holiday Inn every week for business.
'I could stay anywhere I want, but I choose to stay here.
I have been staying here for over 4 years
The food is good, staff is courteous and respectful. It is a convenient location. Good beds, nice TV's, free internet..
Like all business, you might experience a hiccup. And when that happens here it will be taken care of promptly and professionally
But, let me say, it is the staff that swayed me into being a regular guest. They make me feel wanted and special

Muy mala actitud, servcio y profesionalismo de la persona que estaba en la recepción el día 04 de enero por la mañana (9:00am), su atención y servicio deja mucho que desear,por la tarde cuando hice el check inn percibi la misma situación.

I was invited to attened the reception for IHG Platuim members the night I stay at this hotel. The sales director came an sat with me and made me feel really welcome to the hotel. I will be staying at this property for sure again.
