Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 在入住期间,遗失了贵重物品 整体入住感觉原本一切都是良好的,酒店给了客房的升级,父母也都很满意。只是不愉快发生在退房后,由于清晰的记得早上退房没有把随身携带的ipad装入包中,到晚上到家发现怎么也找不到ipad了,父母也都确认没有在行李中发现,而且一路在路上也没有发生意外和偷盗的情况。但是,当天晚上即致电酒店,客房部反馈没有服务员捡到。第二天客房部经理致电说也没有找到,本来说稍晚再行致电看如何解决该问题,后来也不了了之。其实一直是洲际的粉丝,但发生这件事的确很难让人满意。作为入住的客人,我很难举证说明酒店在这个过程有何过失,或去质疑服务员的职业操守。但终究只能用非常遗憾来形容此次入住。 16 October 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 客房清潔度需要加強 冰箱黑黑的,好像發霉,不敢冰東西。 客房地毯髒髒的,床單上有灰塵覆蓋。 廁所馬桶蓋不太乾淨。 但遇到問題需要解決時,員工的態度都很積極良好,這部份讓我感覺很良好,但在客房清潔度上真的需要加強,或是傢俱的清潔也要加強,不要看起來黑黑髒髒的不敢使用。 15 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location, Friendly Staff I used to stay in this hotel one year ago. It's quite messy while the near-by subway system was under construction. Now that it's completed, the hotel becomes more convenient for accessing to interesting points via subway. The front desk staff are quite frinedly and informative for local guidance. Overall experience is much better than the previous stay. 09 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and nice hotel Hotel is clean and in good condition. Lots of small restarants nearby the hotel sothere is no broblem with finding bood at evenings. Lobby persons do speak good enough english. Breakfast is ok but dishes selection could be bit larger. Bit noise from streets to room but that is same everywhere in China. 09 October 2014
