Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel to stay The General Manager is doing a great job to improve the quality and service at the hotel. The quality of the meals has improved, together with the quality and reliability of the staff. No longer do you receive poor service from the some of the staff. Response from the General Manager and the staff is excellent as compared to the previous GM who never was seen or responded to any of concerns from myself. If there is something to be resolved, the General Manager and the staff respond in a very timely manner. Breakfast and dinner quality and service has improved, the price is now reasonable compared with the quality and selection. In the past, the price was not reasonable. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 中规中矩 达不到现在的HolidayInn标准 入住这家酒店是为了这里绝佳的地理位置 可是自入住之前到最后我对这里的印象慢慢变差 让人完全没有觉得作为优悦会会员的优越感 开始咨询到问路到确认 这里的接线员从来都没有介绍过酒店名称 因为前一次确认航班出了问题 第二天入住前得知预订取消(已向酒店确认只取消前一天入住 第二天正常 前台把预订所有取消) 入住之后发现浴巾和枕套不干净 抽纸快用完也没有更新 第二天吃早餐的时候发现咖啡机旁边没有搅棒 冲麦片旁边的牛奶时常倒完了也没有人添加 早餐没有让人留下印象的 还是得说这家的前台服务真的很有缺陷 尤其是一位男性接待员 语气让人十分不舒服 最后得说 你们提供的ihg预订专线在晚上十二点时很难接通 但是选择英文选项才有人应答 希望加强管理 12 August 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Some uncomfortable experience in Suzhou Youlian As the long term memeber of IHG, my past experience in Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crown Plaza and Intercontinental was quite well, and I am gratful for the professional work and service from your good employees. However the 1 night experience in Suzhou Youlian was such so so. Firstly, the reception boy was very unpolite when I checked some questions with him, whoes performance looks like a State-owned Hotel employee, far from the typical IGH style which I like very much. He does need some professional trainning for how to be a nice reception. Secondly, the Breakfast was horrible, sorry about that word, but unfresh fruit, limited dishes also not that fresh, quality is not Holiday Inn level. And worse than my previouse stay in Suzhou Youlian before. Hope the managment would pay some attenion on those customer experience, and improve something to honor IGH reputation. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 价格实惠 相比住过的其他的假日酒店,前台的服务态度有待改善;客房服务,上一回入住床头旁边很大一个水果残渣,已经干了也没打扫;自助晚餐的味道尚可,早餐种类丰富。但酒店的价格相比来说还是实惠的,不是特别苛刻的话,是个不错的选择。 26 November 2012
