Close proximity to hospital, walking distance. Close proximity to quality cafes supermarket for needs of children. Safe comfortable accommodation. All needs met promptly upon request. 17 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay We were upgraded to a King room with a view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. the wonderful, helpful and friendly staff and the general feeling about the hotel, and its nearness to the underground railway, gave us a wonderful FIVE days. It was actually sad to have to leave. I highly recommend this hotel 15 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Only Problem The weak link for ICH is the use of telephone booking. The young people, wherever they are - is it the Phlilipines? - are no date clever linguistically than I am and mean very well but sometimes errors occur. At the start of last year, for example, I blieved that I had booked a particular standard room with dining and lounge facilites. that was inaccurately recorded so that I had the embarrassment of cancelling a planned meeting. Disappointing. I wish I could book by telephone direct with the hotel as used to be the case. 14 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location & value Well located in heart of King's Cross. Adjacent to rail station and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was clean & comfortable. Free WiFi for IHG members was most welcome, as was the recognition of membership on arrival. 13 January 2015
