Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 位置优越,交通 出行 购物 没事方便 距离 天津西站走路即可到达,距离天津站也打车10分钟,交通非常便利,楼下就是地铁西北角站。对面是回民小区美食成排,房间宽敞 性价比极高,酒店对面的建筑施工略有杂音,酒店准备了耳塞由于睡眠质量较好没有用到。 18 November 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 比其他HI稍逊的水游城假日 当天上午酒店致电询问抵达时间并告知会按时准备好房间,下午抵达前台后被告知房间未打扫好,要等1小时,也没有一点歉意的意思,于是出去转了一圈,回来告知可以入住,给升级到了行政楼层的角房,房间还是HI一贯的风格,卫生间比较大,外面都是建筑工地没有景色可言,酒店贴心的提供了耳塞以防施工噪音,当天有婚礼,酒店大堂很吵,也没有假日酒店一贯香香的味道了。总之,一般般的住宿体验,下次选择海河假日试试。 13 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 细致的服务 附近有工地,酒店提供静音耳塞,并书函致歉,非常信心 ,是入住后第一个惊喜;住客在门锁上挂上请勿打扰的牌子,客服便不会打扫房间,这是我的本意,以前在其他很多酒店都是这样做,但客服完全没有理会,依然进入房间进行打扫,HOLIDAYINN在这方面对客户心理的揣摩花了一定心思,当然,以免误解住客的意思,酒店会有服务单置于门口处,说明不打扫是因为主课挂上了请勿打扰的牌子。 12 November 2014
