Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mala Experiencia Con mucha tristeza le aviso que mi experiencia no fue como la que he tenido en otros Holiday Inn Experess en la Republica Mexicana, la habitacion no estaba para nada limpia, no quisiera entrar a detalle por no generalizar a los demas Hoteles que mi experiencia ha estado de lo mejor en todos los aspectos de me estancia. Mi experiencia no fue nada agradable, desde que entre a mi habitacion se noto la diferencia a otros holiday inn's, ni una botella de agua, nada mas 3 toallas, las cuales estaban casi hechas pedazos e igual las sabanas y mal lavadas o posiblemente no las habian cambiado en varios Dias. Aparte que la habitacion estaba infestada de Hormigas que posiblemente fue a razon de la mala limpieza de la misma. Gracias 07 August 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs to improve. Being a regular customer in HI´s, this property needs to improve on the cleanliness of the rooms. The grounds are OK but my suite was smelly and dusty. Also the elevators are old and noisy, like if the need maintenance or renovation. One positive point is the breakfast area, that had better food than before and the service was excellent, also the personnel at the front desk were very nice. One of my favorite hotels in Tijuana but Not happy with this stay. 06 August 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Viaje a Tijuana El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, el personal es amable y la calidad y variedad del desayuno buena, las habitaciones están en no tan buenas condiciones ya se ven viejas con exepcion de los baños que fueron re modelados, el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso aunque cumple con su labor de enfriar, lo que si esta pésimo es el ruido del exterior hay mucho ruido de camiones y autos derivaran de poner doble vidrio para mitigar el ruido, las toallas están en mal estado. 05 August 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed I have stayed at this facility on several occasions in the past years and there were reasonable. However our recent stay of 13 days in July 2014 was very very disappointing. The facility in general has gone down in its standard. The towel in particular are only fit to be used as rags. They need to change them like a year ago!!! We have to request the housekeeping to change our bed sheets on more than one occasions, otherwise we will have to sleep on them for the entire 13 days????? Someone has to look into this bad practice. In general we are disappointed and will not recommend anyone to this facility nor will we return. I am a Holiday Inn platinum member. It sadden my heart to write this review. I hope the facility owner and Holiday Inn corp will look into this immediately. 04 August 2014

El Hotel está céntrico, el personal (Staff) dio un excelente servicio en todas las áreas (recepción, concierge, restaurant, mantenimiento, camaristas, etc.) y el precio fue razonable. Realmente recomiendo este Hotel si necesitan descansar y realizar actividades cercanas. Muchas gracias a todos!!! 03 August 2014
