Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Air and Too warm to sleep After a long day at a conference, I was disappointed and upset that my room's air/heat controls did not work. There is no way to set a temp other than hot or cold and low, medium, and high. After setting it on Cool/ high, the room seemed to be at 80 all night. After telling the front desk the next day, the desk clerk said sorry and asked why I did not call maintenance at 11:00pm. Being a single traveler, I said that I was not changing rooms at midnight. I was offered 10% off my room. It was too much aggravation for the price and 10% off. I will think twice before staying there again. Also, no decaf coffee in the lobby in the morning. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dated, but very friendly staff Convenient location near Interstate exit. Strange layout with parallel hallways. All in all rooms were clean, but a bit dated. Indoor pool area needs some better care. Sauna-Oven barely heating, mold on the edges of the whirlpool and pool water was not too well maintained either. Restaurant menu rather average, but very friendly staff which is true for the entire hotel staff. 17 November 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible! Customer service was poor. I was given incorrect information three times. I was billed four days In advance. Check in went from 3:00 to 4:00 to after 4:00. I was billed an extra $20 once I was able to check in. Faucet was broken. Was woken up to five men on the ledg walking past my window while I was in bed not fully clothed, they were taking off the old roof so it was very noisy. When I complained I was offered free breakfast. I will never stay there again. Its not worth the price. 12 November 2014
