Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and service Well maintained room and freindy staff. Checkout/in a breeze as always with Holiday Inn X. At this price would have expected inclusive breakfast. We ordered breakfast at our room which was of an excellent quality and arrived on time however all the hot drinks were luke warm, just as well there was a microwave in the room. Location very convenient for Kennedy Space Centre. October 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel I will always stay at this hotel whenever I return to visit my grand children and great grand children. The hotel staff was always there for everything I needed. The breakfast was hot and good tasting. The staff was responsive to all my questions and needs with a smile. What always amazes me is there is no musty hotel smell that I seem to get at other hotels. The hallways are well lit and the room was clean. I did not have to complain about anything. October 4, 2015

Staff at the reception were able to assist us with purchasing the passes for KSC and were very helpful in giving us direction as to how to get there. October 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Second Time not better than the first time This was our 2rd time staying at this Holiday Inn and both times we stayed for 7 nights. Due to the Staff and Cleanliness on our 1st visit last year we didn't consider any other hotel in the area. Called the front desk on the way to the Hotel and inquired as to a upgrade being available for our 7 night stay and was told "No, I just gave away my last one"(at 11AM). Upon arrival my wife went to check us in and an upgrade was then available at an additional cost. After that things was pretty good for the most part but not as good as the first visit in September 2014. The front desk staff was friendlier and more welcoming the first time. We were placed on the 5th floor which wasn't a problem until I was jumped on by this big dog on the 5th floor at the elevator, I didn't realize we were on the Pet floor. While checking out Saturday morning at 7AM, NO Carts was available...had to make 3 trips back and forth up to the 5th floor. September 21, 2015
