Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Staff make hotel stay uplifting and positive I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference that I was attending. I was greeted cheerfully and advised of all the amenities available to help to make my stay positive and enjoyable. The staff always made time to answer my questions, were courteous and engaging. When I needed help with directions or transportation, they were patient and efficient. Thanks to the staff at the Holiday Inn at Toronto Bloor-Yorkville for making my stay a comfortable and happy one! 17 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super comfortable bed and quiet room. This is what a hotel should be!! The room was very quiet the bed super comfortable and Martha Stewart clean!! The bathroom was very clean and not too fussy. Towels were pristine. Top marks to your housekeeping staff. Bravo Holiday Inn for making our hotel stay a great experience! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could Be Better The location of this hotel is convenient to many areas of Toronto. The rooms are up to date but should include some conveniences such as microwave and mini fridges. This would assist those travelling with children and those with special dietary restrictions. If the hotel had other ammenities, I was not aware of them. There didn't appear to be any information in the room to advise guests of what is available. The staff were very friendly and both check in and check out were quick. This hotel could be so much more with a few additions. Some minor changes would have me coming back in the future. 11 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean room and confortable We had great difficulty in getting to the hotel due to all of the construction in the area. Once we got to the hotel, the parking garage entrance was blocked off, but we at least found a sign indicating that there was parking access from another street and we had no difficulty getting parked 10 December 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience in Toronton Bloor Holiday Inn Well...the best thing I can think of is good location of this Holiday Inn located at. Dirty a few hairs and some dirt pieces too...**shocked**, not good housekeeping services, if you like to have hot water, or have cupnoodles, make sure to bring your own electric kettle. Not friendly staff that we met. 09 December 2014

Some personnel not efficient, while others such as Tamara and another female desk manager were good and efficient. Should be rated as 3/5 not 4/5. Many responses were 7/10 which they grade as 4, incorrect. 06 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A welcome change. My sister-in-law and I stayed at this Holiday Inn because of an early morning medical appointment the next day. We had stayed at another downtown Holiday Inn the previous month for the same reason, and it was terrible. My husband and I had stayed at the Downtown/Yorkdale location a few times, so knew the quality of the hotel. It was just as good this time as well.. It was a welcome change from the previous month's stay at the other location. The 2-bed room was spacious, had two nice chairs, comfortable beds, was very clean and quiet. One thing we particularly liked was that it did not have a business area with a desk and office chair. The price was competitive, although it seemed a lot for the time we spent there as we had to check out at 6:30 in the a.m. Not the hotel's fault though, but it would be nice if they reduced the rates for early check-outs. 06 December 2014
