Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff make hotel stay uplifting and positive I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference that I was attending. I was greeted cheerfully and advised of all the amenities available to help to make my stay positive and enjoyable. The staff always made time to answer my questions, were courteous and engaging. When I needed help with directions or transportation, they were patient and efficient. Thanks to the staff at the Holiday Inn at Toronto Bloor-Yorkville for making my stay a comfortable and happy one! 17 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super comfortable bed and quiet room. This is what a hotel should be!! The room was very quiet the bed super comfortable and Martha Stewart clean!! The bathroom was very clean and not too fussy. Towels were pristine. Top marks to your housekeeping staff. Bravo Holiday Inn for making our hotel stay a great experience! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could Be Better The location of this hotel is convenient to many areas of Toronto. The rooms are up to date but should include some conveniences such as microwave and mini fridges. This would assist those travelling with children and those with special dietary restrictions. If the hotel had other ammenities, I was not aware of them. There didn't appear to be any information in the room to advise guests of what is available. The staff were very friendly and both check in and check out were quick. This hotel could be so much more with a few additions. Some minor changes would have me coming back in the future. 11 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location! I stayed at the Holiday Inn Bloor-Yorkville because of its location and I wasn't disappointed. My daughter is at University 2 blocks away in one direction and there is great shopping 2 blocks away in another direction. The subway station is close by as well and there was great taxi availability. The hotel arranged a nice car to get me back to the airport for my early morning flight with pickup at 5 am. 11 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean room and confortable We had great difficulty in getting to the hotel due to all of the construction in the area. Once we got to the hotel, the parking garage entrance was blocked off, but we at least found a sign indicating that there was parking access from another street and we had no difficulty getting parked 10 December 2014
