Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and comfortable Very comfortable bed and pillows. The view is wonderful from the room. Room is clean and warm. Nothing to complain about. Elevator is slow because only two are available for customers for the entire hotel. There are four elevators installed, but only two is accessible to customers. I am curious why not open the other two for customers. Great service on taxi booking from the front desk. They are very efficient on registration and check-out as well. Strongly recommend this hotel. 25 February 2015

The moment you enter the property you are greeted like a family member courteous friendly and professional front office staff. Always helping with your needs. Great job guys. As you can see below my con the Fox and Fiddle restaurant in my opinion is down right awful. If Chef Gordon Ramsay were to visit this establishment he would he would probably say "who is the cook and were did the skills to prepare food come from". The service is so fast you don't have the time to digest one order. I had the roast beef sandwich which was so dry and tasteless that wall paper would have been a better item. I wish Holliday Inn would ask this establishment to either shape up to ship out. For a guest who does not know the restaurant is not part of the brand gives a negative connotation to Holliday Inn. 24 February 2015
