My room wasn't huge but perfect for one or two people who need a good location for exploring the city. I didn't have time to use any of the facilities but will make time the next time! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always enjoy my stay here... This Holiday Inn is always on the top of my list when travelling through Toronto. Clean and Quiet ( very important ), friendly people work here, and the location couldn't be much better. Have the Buffet in the morning, and ask Sean for a coffee to go--I always do, and it's a great inclusion with the buffet that is already well priced. I will definitely be back..... 27 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and comfortable I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn, the first time staying in Holiday Inn since the 90s. This location was close to everything, and my king suite was nice, quiet and comfortable. I am dismayed that the archaic deposit system continues to hold $100 of my money 3 days after the checked out. I called the hotel and they said they it should be released within 5 to 7 business days. This is unacceptable. Because of this policy, I may not stay at Holiday Inn again. I'm used to checking into a hotel, paying at the end, and not having my funds held hostage days after I leave the country. 22 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by it was good our xperience was good except the heat in the room was terrible, we told the front desk about the room being cool and they sent maintenance up to our room, he told us to turn the heat up, We had the heat up to 95 in the room and it was still cold because the air conditioner was not sealed in so we packed towels around it to keep some heat in the room, after we closed the curtains for the night we would wake up to the window being full of frost from top to bottom 19 January 2015
