Renovated rooms are nice but mattresses are rather old school compared to similar level hotels at this price point. If you get a room that faces into the atruim on the weekend, when there is a wedding or hockey team there, bring ear plugs. 21 January 2015

The hotel is dated appearance wise, but this is currently being addressed with some renovations going on. Do not let that put you off, as this hotel more than makes up for its slightly tired appearance by the quality of its staff. Every member of the staff from the front desk, to the bar/restaurant and to the shuttle driver are helpful, friendly, courteous and appear to enjoy making your stay successful. The room is comfortable and warm, although I would like to have seen a few more amenities/services available for IHG Gold/Platinum members on that floor. If you need to be in this part of Toronto and looking for some good old fashioned service with a smile and don't need all the bells 14 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Location of Entrance Having to drive through the dealership parking lot was very strange and confusing. It should have been mentioned at time of reserving. On leaving, there should be a comment from the front desk such as " how was your stay' or Thank you for staying with us. The exiting of the hotel parking lot was also confusing. 09 January 2015

Staff went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This was evident at every encounter - check in desk, restaurant staff, and cleaners. 05 January 2015
