Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Quiet Room, Poor Service Overall the room and location was quite nice. However we stayed from Thursday until Saturday and not once did any staff come and freshen up the room. By Saturday morning the recycling box was overflowing and we could not make coffee since there were no cups left. When we mentioned this to the front desk on departure they told us we must have placed the "Do Not Disturb" card. Which we did not since we left Friday morning at 9 AM to head down town to sightsee, returning later in the evening after dinner. We were too tired to worry about it when we returned from dinner, wife made the bed and we crashed. As mentioned the location is good if you prefer to not park down town since the Subway is right next door. For the price we paid though, the service was dismal at best and it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Escape My mother and I came to Toronto to see the Turner Exhibit at the AGO. We decided to stay at the Yorkdale-Holiday Inn as we had wonderful stays there in the past; we were not disappointed. From the moment we entered the hotel the service was excellent, the staff were attentive, genuinely cared about our experience; it was obvious they took great pride in their work. Our room was comfortable and clean; the food in the restaurant was delicious. We will stay there again. February 2, 2016
