Breakfast was NOT included, as it was at the Crowne Plaza, just down the road..

The exterior and parking areas (especially the underground entrance) make it clear this HI has been here a while, and it may not have seen the same care that other properties have. That said, once you are in, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and it should meet your general expectations of a HI. I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years, primarily due to proximity to a work site, and have never had any notable issues.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by wwroch rundown, poor internet
I knew I had a problem when I tried to find the hotel with my car GPS and could not find the entrance I was in trouble. After going in a strip mall entrance I got to the entrance. Sad looking lobby. Check in was fine no problems. Get to the room and it looks like a 1990's décor. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper, counter held up by 2x4s and the shower was an old plastic insert. Towels ok as well as water pressure. Bed was also fine. Internet generally works but goes in and out every 1/2 hour. Had breakfast next morning in the lounge which was ok but the lounge itself was old out of a 1990s movie where truckers stop for a beer. Came back the next night and found room was not made. Since it was late in did not need to have someone come "soon" so just asked for towels. Overall a very sad place. I can't see returning.

This hotel is tucked behind several stores on Rt 46 and finding the entrance can be a challenge. The parking lot is shabby and not particularly guest-friendly. The parking garage is downright intimidating. The staff, however, was very friendly and very eager to assist. The room was quite clean and comfortable. We were on the top (5th) floor overlooking the parking lot and it as quiet. When we pulled in, there were about seven tour busses in the lot and we were somewhat concerned about potential noise levels, but that proved to not be an issue. The bathroom was nice and clean but dated. The tub/shower surround and finish, and bathroom lighting need upgrading. No grab bar in the shower is an accident waiting too happen. Internet worked fine. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CookieJar68 Nice, but hard to find
This Holiday Inn was difficult to find. While it is on Rt. 46, it is tucked behind several stores and access is very strange/convoluted. The approach and outside areas are quite shabby. The outside parking is not very convenient for the majority of guests and the underground garage is pretty intimidating.
The staff was welcoming and very helpful and almost made us forget our apprehension at our approach. The room was well appointed and quite clean. The bathroom needs some updating (tub and surround) but was otherwise very clean and presentable. Bed was very comfortable and afforded us a very restful night's sleep. Wifi works fine.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Joecool77 Nice comfortable room
The only minor problem was our room faced the highway and the traffic noise made it hard to fall asleep. Still it was a nice clean room and I would stay again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by J9MT Great accomodations and helpful staff.
We had 7 rooms reserved for my mothers 85th birthday and every reservation was exactly as we ordered. In fact, the girl at the counter (I believe it was LaToya?) went out of her way to accommodate us by giving me and my daughter adjoining rooms. The shuttle service to the Brownstone was on time and the pickup was also on time. This was a great convenience for my family.
The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food in the restaurant was also good.
