Great location, great rooms, great staff, great rates. Always look forward to returning to this location. A great alternative to staying in New York City.

Front Desk Rep was sitting and sleeping when I checked in. Room was in need of update, with several maintenance issues. Breakfast held in nightclub, so the entire time you are eating your food you are smelling stale beer. This only scratches the surface. In a part of the country that is super saturated with hotels, both IHG and their competing brands, I am surprised the owners and IHG would allow the condition of the hotel to get to this point, considering we could just as easily go across the street to another hotel.

Things need updated it feels like old Las Vegas. Plumbing is old and needs over hauled. Tub backed up. Toilet over flowed at 3 am manager on duty brought a plunger up and took all my towels and trew on 2 inches of water on floor and left.

Hotel needs to be renovated ,
The rooms and bathrooms are worn and lots of little things that Need to be fixed!
I went to go and have Breakfast on Saturday morning and was informed that the breakfast Buffet was Twelve DOLLARS !!
This is after I stayed there 4 weeks before and it was included .
However the front desk staff informed me after I found this out that it is NOT included on the weekend !
NO SIGN , NO INFO upon CHECKIN! and THEY were unwilling to compensate me in any form!
this is after I had problems the previous stay...2 STRIKES
will not give them a third chance

The staff did not provide the best service. A few issues included closing the kitchen after we placed our order and did not follow up with us to inform us that we would no longer be receiving our meal. Our room was also half cleaned and we were told they would finish cleaning after their lunch break. They did come a few minutes later to clean the room but initially it was a negative encounter. The front desk service was also not willing to provide help in the simplest of task being to provide a water bottle. Instead they sent us to find it in a vending machine on other floors that of course DID NOT HAVE WATER.
