La atención del personal del bar pues estuve 10 minutos y no me preguntaron si quería tomar algo y las amenities del baño de la habitación (solo gel) así que hay que procurar no olvidarse el peine, la máquina de afeitar o el cepillo de dientes. Tampoco funbcionaba el tapón de la bañera ylas cortinas de las ventanas no generan una absoluta oscuridad. Por lo demás el precio es muy bueno y la situación cerca de la ciudad de las artes (para mi gusto) es excelente. March 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Valencia This hotel is the worst I have stayed throughout Spain and South East Asia.Having arrived from Bangkok where I stayed at The Holiday Inn Silom which exceeded expectations with flying colours. However the same cannot be said about Valencia which started very badly due to the fact that the front entrance was not open and access was from the rear of the property requiring carrying our luggage up a flight of steps with no help from staff nor availability of a lift. Reception were not very pleasant who refused to secure my booking with a debit card even though this has been possible at previous hotels and when I ask the reason they offhandly said cannot must have credit card so I had to pay for the 7 nights stay in cash. The room was poor, outdated stains on the carpet, old furniture, old uncomfortable mattress and poor quality pillows which made sleeping during the stay very unsatisfactory. The premises should be downgraded to a 3* or maybe 2* is more appropriate. March 14, 2016
