For regular travellers this is a Kew Green hotel, so you will know what to expect as to the condition of the hotel.
It is clean and looks as thought hotel was refurbished recently.
Front of house staff are very friendly and try to help however they are slow.
Room aircon didn't work, shower head was broken, safe was broken, no hairdryer in room, no remote for additional TV reported issues. Hairdryer and showerhead problem resolved.
Breakfast was buffet style but hot portion was cold before it was on the plate, tables and chairs were dirty with crumbs on the chair, staff were running about but were not appearing to do nothing but move crumbs around tables.
Bew Aware that swimming pool is very small and 4 mornings a week an exxternal toddler group uses the pool for 3 hours. We were unable to do any swimming at this time even thought there was a very small laned area.

To be a successful hotel, attention to detail is important. I found that carpet stains in the room and dining room appeared old. The bathroom was not particularly clean, it looked like someone had wiped their nose on the wall. The mirror was clean half way up, and there was mould growth in the overflow.
The noise from the aircon generator outside the room was excessive and interrupted sleep every time it fired up.
On the plus side, the reception staff and our waitress in the restaurant were attentive friendly and polite

The hotel needs a make-over, carpets are dirty in the rooms, decoration is tired and needs attention.

Much better stay than previous.
Staff attentitive, upgraded as part of Platinum elite.
Allowed me to work late into the evening.

stayed in executive room this time, unfortunately housekeeping was not up to standard, i.e. crumbs in chair, dirty cups, plus all tv channels not available as per menu. Breakfast coffee bland. Overall not impressed.
