Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very good service the stay was very comfortable, the only thing that let the room down was the hose connection to the shower leaked so water was all over the floor after a shower, but the room was everything they said, bed was very comfortable, the staff could not have been anymore friendly than what they were, thank you. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by smooth stay - nice welcome no problems at this hotel. only real interaction with staff was laura the receptionist who was very informative and helpful, she created a good first impression of this hotel. the swim pool was a bit bland with no outside windows, but at least no jobsworth staff tellinfg us what to do. good hotel August 31, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience We arrived at the hotel after a three hour drive and were greated at reception and booked in. As a Gold member I asked if we could have a free upgrade or could I pay for an upgrade. I was told nothing was available. On checking into the room nothing had been made up in terms of bed for a third person nor were there enough cups towels provisions etc. I checked the internet before going back to reception and I noted better rooms were availIable. I went back to reception to complain about the room and requested an upgrade again. Once again told no rooms available I challengued it and was told the internet was wrong!! We went out to dinner and on return whilst the sofa bed had been made up nothing else had been brought to the room. I checked out in the morning and the lady that served me didn't even ask if I had enjoyed my stay. We returned to this hotel as a couple of years ago stayed here and the hotel was excellent........how things change. August 28, 2015
