Its not a joke when the TV comes on at 7.30 in the morning. When you report it they tell you its a known problem. Why not tell us before we go to bed so we can unplug it. Basically when we told them they could not give a dam. I am one very upset customer and won't go back

The hotel was very cold, two reasons, firstly the central heating was only programmed to come on in the morning, afternoon and evening it did not come on. The second problem , the area between the front doors was not heated, every time someone entered the hotel a blast of cold air reached the dining room.Being critical the downstairs toilets need attention.These points are all that needs to be done to make what is a good hotel better.

The Holiday Inn Warrington is like an old friend. I have stayed many times over the years because the location suits my business requirement.
It is certainly not a bad hotel, but nor is it a great hotel. I have not really seen too much in the way of investment over the years. It has become a little tired, but as my stays our always solo and one night it's not a massive issue.
At times I get the impression that staff levels seem a little low as there is generally only one person working the bar and they often seem rushed.
As a very frequent guest within the group some of the investment I have experienced at other IHG hotels is still not happening.
