Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Had to shout to each other to be heard.... Noisiest a/c ventilation system have ever heard in a hotel! We literally couldn't hear each other unless we shouted. Had to shut it off to sleep, but got really stuffy in the room as couldn't open window. Complained to front desk staff who just shrugged. 21 October 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location But ... We planned on spending the whole trip in the National Mall area so we chose this hotel. It was a little expensive due to the perfect location. However, our room was facing the train track so it got noisy whenever the train passed by. Also the air-conditioning was the old-fashion window unit. It was so noisy that we had to turned it off before going to sleep. The room also had a bad smell for some reason. Overall the hotel needs some complete makeover in my opinion. 20 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location to Smithsonian We used the parking on short term each day and yet were charged a full $37 /day for whole stay. even if we were only parked 2hrs. This is NOT reasonable. Our son was staying at National Harbor for conference but came to be with us each day, using our car, for a few hours. Parking is at a premium. 20 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Review Checking in was easy. The hotel and was was comfortable and modern looking but not kitsch. Staff was extremely friendly - even calling my room to let me know I had a free breakfast coupon left at the front desk. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation so i had to eat at the bar which was only ok. Internet was easy and fast. Location is fantastic - right off the yellow line and only blocks away from the hill and federal agencies. 20 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Stayed here during a trip for work. My room was near the elevators so there was a lot of noise throughout the night. Other than that, the place was great. The Fitness Center has free weights and machines with room for a couple people to workout at the same time, the Laundry Room was clean and the washer/dryer were fairly quick, parking was easy and the staff was great. The snack bar was the perfect place to grab a quick bite before heading off the work each morning. 20 October 2014

We were not informed of the renovation of the restaurant and the interim solution (eating in and outside the bar) was a bit hectic with slow service. 20 October 2014
