Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean I recently stayed here on a business trip to the Bay Area, and I was pleasantly surprised! I've stayed in Holiday Inn hotels in the past, but this is by far the nicest one – a spacious lobby that feels more upscale than a 3-star hotel normally feels, and the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. I stayed in a king-sized room and it was huge. Very comfortable experience and overall I would highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet was great, and much better than I would have expected based on these reviews. I was able to eat a hearty, protein-packed meal before heading out to my client's location each morning, and the breakfast staff was efficient in bringing the bill and asking if I needed anything else. The one thing I would change is the listing as the fitness center being "extensive." It was rather small, making it tricky for four people to be using free weights or any machines that weren't cardio machines. I would also recommend putting in some wipes or spray because there was no way to wipe down mats after using them. September 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, Questionable Smell My room smelled very musty and I developed a sore throat/cough during my stay (but I can't say with certainty whether it was related!!) Additionally, the hot water in the shower took ~10 minutes to get hot. I'm still a noobie traveler, in the future I will immediately tell staff of these issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful so had I asked I'm sure I could have gotten another room. Bed super comfortable! September 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sub-par for Holiday Inn Was not greeted as a IHG Gold Member (was told on exit thanks for being one). Overall non-responsive to simple requests and/or didn't understand and didn't ask for clarification. The building was ok. Room was ok. TV was not that great, but acceptable. September 19, 2015
