Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service This hotel was a pleasant surprise with a location close enough to easily get into central London whilst shops and restaurants were on the doorstep. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, customer service was very high. Our room was to a high standard and following check in we received a call from the manager to ensure everything was ok. 18 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Extremely friendly and able staff - couldn't do enough for me. Maria and Mishbon have been especially friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine - clean, fresh and appropriately warm. Suites are lovely - but upgrades for Platinum not very frequent. Lifts are a little small and can be crowded. Swimming pool is quite tired - not yet upgraded. Otherwise, can't fault it. 16 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service non existent Took an absolute age to check-in - no priority queue? Zero acknowledgement for being a platinum member. No offer of a free drink, voucher or room upgrade. I'm assuming this was because I booked using points instead of paying in full? Breakfast £14.95 and burgers at the bar £12.95. As a result we spent our time and money in the nearby complex so the hotel lost my usual trade. I've been very loyal to this hotel staying on numerous occasions but I think it's time I tried another brand. Very poor customer service. 16 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Great location right next to one rail station and close to two others ideal for travel into different parts of London. Restaurant on site was great and other restaurants nearby. Nice pool if you've got time! 15 November 2014

Booked the hotel well in advance for the NFL game at Wembley, so that we'd get a room, on arrival seen to in quick time (great!) went to the game and come back to bar to have a drink, THEN it became apparent that the Spanish had overtaken the bar watching La Liga, not a problem but the noise was dreadful! it was almost as if we where in the stadium in Spain!, well if I wanted to go to Wetherspoons or similar pub then I would have! I tried to speak to management to at least do something about this but everybody was content with serving as the TILLS WHERE RINGING with cash! Several people got up and left as result of the shouting/ over enthusiasm at the football. It ruined a lovely day for my wife and I.. A quiet hotel this is not, but the rooms where great! 14 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn I've ever been to Could not Check In at 2pm as room was not ready, when eventually did get checked in was not asked to swipe a credit card, this meant dinner and breakfast had to be paid by credit card at the time. Limited buffet available on Sunday evening which was mostly over cooked and dry. Only thing good about this hotel is it's proximity to Wembley 14 November 2014
