Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TiKuiti Poor room and expensive food.
Had a room on the ground floor that was both small and hot. Air conditioning ran for a short time only then cut out.
But by far the worst aspect of this room 012 was that it took 10 minutes for any hot water to run through and then it was only luke warm for the next 5 minutes.
The food was fine but very expensive for what you get. First time I have stayed here but would not do so again. As a gold member I do use both Crowne Plaza, and HI and HI express regularly. This was by far one of my worst experiences.

have used before and was not disappointed this time either, even though there have been some bad reviews on TA - ignore them!
The check-in staff were great and had everything ready including the transfer vouchers etc. Bar was a little expensive, but the 2 course set meal was really nice

I was about to forget all the troubles I had during my recent stay (room without hot water, air conditioning loosing the abiltiy to heat few times, shuttle service is paid, and there is no alternative like public transport in the area (etc), but the night (29th Nov) before my departure was kind of a deal breaker. I've stayed few times in Holiday Inn in other cities, but the experience I had with you beat them all. And not in a good way, sorry to say it. Back to 29th.. I had to print my boarding pass, so I used the "remote printing" service. As i've never used it before, I wrote down the release code and went to ask reception how is it working so I can recieve my document. The first person I spoke to said that he has never heard of such thing as remote printing (?!), so he went to ask somebody else. The second man told me that he doesn't know anything about it either, but the printer is "over there" and if I want I can print my boarding pass again from the computer in the public area, because people do that, and nobody used the remote printing before... BUT! even if I have a vaucher for the internet, it wouldn't work on that particular computer and I have to pay £5. I refused to give £5 for one piece of paper, and came back with the description of the service, the location of the printer and so on. The staff looked quite angry with me not willing to pay £5 and making troubles. Eventually I figured the service myself and retrieved my document.
"Good" ending of my almost a month stay.
