Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and very clean Hotel was very clean and tidy. restaurant was good and breakfast was better than most although a bit pricey. Problem with room keys not working after we had checked in and one did not work following day. Both corrected quickly by staff but a bit inconvenient, especially on check in. Also as one room had only one occupant why did I appear to have been charged for two breakfasts. Bill was wrong as were were incorrectly charged for two dinners when we had only had one. This was a mistake which had been made in the restaurant which we had pointed out at the time. 27 August 2014

Thrill to the free breakfast and fine dining choices througout the day. The architecture is inspired and you will feel great to be staying here. A quiet and sumptuous bargain. 25 August 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Over priced for the level of quality As a business we get very good rates for stays however if I had to pay the full list price I would not be at all happy with the quality of service, food, comfort of bed or amenities. In other words value for money is definitely not available here. The staff need to up their game to be on a par with other Holiday Inns I have stayed in. 23 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Back on Target After a single disappointing stay last time I am pleased to see that it is once again back to the standard I had always experienced. Room comfort and service all good, the only down side is the highly scented agents used for cleaning as this impacts on my wife as she struggles to breathe until medication switches on. It would be helpful if unscented agents etc are used as this is a growing issue for certain people. 20 August 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, lacking any sort of customer service Love this Holiday Inn, it's relatively new so rooms/decor are still fresh and roomy. This is the second time we've stayed as a family, getting a great deal on booking the executive room with breakfast in advance. On both occasions I could not fault the room or housekeeping staff, however the staff at the front desk are particularly unpleasant; specifically the supervisor, Angie, who looked like a smile might crack her face and has a long way to go in winning any customer service/satisfaction awards. I can confidently say that this was not only my experience, as I overheard an elderly woman complaining to her husband about the same supervisor on the desk on check in/out as well as the group travelling with us. Unfortunately, on our most recent stay we also found the restaurant staff at breakfast to be just as uninterested in our experience, with one lady placing the teapot on the table with such force that she chipped the screen surround on my iphone...not that there would be any point in highlighting to the grumpy waitress or even grumpier front desk supervisor....I would stay again, purely for the room, however don't expect anything in the way of customer service/experience, you will be greatly disappointed. 18 August 2014
