Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy at the Holiday Inn in Winter Haven I grew up staying in the Holiday Inns in the old 2 story with outside entrances. They have done well to keep up with the times. Our first experience in Winter Haven a few months ago was a real dump !!! I was very happy to find this Holiday Inn. It was easy access, staff was great, they accommodated families as well as business travelers. It was GREAT and we are looking forward to go back there soon. A very UPDATED PROPERTY. 14 April 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by average stay for cost We showed up at the property prior to listed check in time. When I notified the desk that we had arrived, no effort was made to determine if the was a room available. Also, no effort was made to confirm that our wait was comfortable. No offer to use the pool, restaurant, or any other of the facilities. We had to make do ourselves. Pool area was clean, but nothing spectacular. I asked the desk clerk about purchasing tickets to LEGOLAND. She sold the tickets with no explanation. Later I discovered that she had sold me a 2 day ticket, we only needed one. Not sure if this is standard practice. Shuttle to LEGOLAND was full, so we had to take our own car. Parking was reimbursed, but still inconvenient. Breakfast was not much different than I could get for free at HI Express. Restaurant staff was very kind. Overall, average stay, front desk needs help. 07 April 2015
