Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tired hotel in need of its renovation It's under renovation and it is needed. Rooms need an overhaul, bathrooms need freshening up, better quality toiletries needed. Central location makes it a good location though. June 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed The room on the newly renovated 7th floors had issues. The kingsize mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillows, which I had replaced, were like bricks. The room had 1 chair for the desk but no chairs for the table. The motion activated light would blink on and off all night for no reason. Nothing done during my stay to fix this issue. The iCloud internet is very user unfriendly, not very fast and has content blockers. The supervisor in the restaurant, despite being injured from a fall the previous day, was very accommodating and friendly. The rest of the service staff could learn from this lady. June 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by See Below Dear Mr McFadden, (Woking HI Manager) I asked for your email address when I checked out on Sunday morning 14th Jun, so that I could express the following:- In my line of work I travel a lot around the UK, Europe and occasionally World-Wide and I have to say that out of the hotels that I have stayed in, I have never ever met such a dedicated, friendly, helpful team as yours in providing an excellent service to its customers. Nothing I asked was any trouble and they all go the extra mile to do what they can for you. Three of your staff come to mind in particular, one was Gardeep, the Friday evening restaurant manager and the second was the Saturday evening restaurant manager but I cannot remember her name, and last but not least, was Alex. She was absolutely magic, lovely welcome, exceptionally warm personality and an all round good egg. All of your Staff are a credit to their profession, a credit to you and more importantly a credit to Holiday Inns. I wish them all well and thank you for a memorable enjoyable stay.
