Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff an Asset I have been staying at this hotel for a year now and can safely say this is the friendliest hotel I have stayed at. The staff are what makes a hotel and here the staff are second to none. From the reception staff to the restaurant/bar staff, the customer service is good. The breakfast staff always have a friendly word even when exceptionaly busy, Claudia keeps things moving a treat. Looking forward to another year of first class service from the Team! 20 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious, airy room but.... The room was really nice but.... I couldn't get the heating to work properly and was cold most of the two nights i was there the first time but later in the week when I stayed again in a different room the heating was fine. I found in both rooms it was impossible to configure the light switches to have all the lights off at the same time. Short of taking the key card out of the electricity slot (which I didn't think of at the time and would have made it difficult to move about the room back to bed in the dark). So, getting to sleep was a real problem with a light on. Also, I found the pillows very hard and had to try and sleep without one. Aside from this, everything was what you would expect from a hotel of this class and price. I was staying at the hotel for business reasons and making use of the conferenece facilities which I have to say the facilities and service were exceptional. 17 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonable business hotel I use this hotel for business travel on a weekly basis and have done so for the past 4 months. The staff are very good and are always friendly and efficient. The rooms are reasonably quiet and there's good sound proofing between them although if you get one at the front on the A320 then opening the window isn't a good idea. The buffet breakfast is pretty good and room service is efficient in the evenings. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Woking making it very handy for the train station, the main roads and the town centre amenities. Negative aspects are the lack of gym (although you can get a pass to a local gym for £5) and the tired state of the decor; I believe that an extensive refurb is imminent however. 16 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Slept well, food OK but gym facilities are poor Business trip using the hotel conference facilities. All facilities were reasonable, some looked a little tired. My main issue was the very small gym facility on site, small and not very well equipped. 07 February 2015
