A good hotel with what you would expect from a typical Holiday Inn. Very strategic location. I have stayed at this hotel for numerous occasions, for both business and leisure. It is a shame that the in house fitness centre is still under renovation. Ms Gigi at the restaurant is always the star employee in my opinion. Her effort in remembering my seating and dining preferences, my name and room number had made my stay a lot more pleasant and a truly 'home away from home' experience.

Over the past year I have stayed in various hotels in Woking and the Holiday Inn is by far the best. I normally choose an executive room which suits my needs offering comfort and style. I must say the staff are wonderful and any problems are quickly sorted. The hotel will undergo a major revamp and the general manager Peadar McFadden who I have had the pleasure of meeting has great ideas to make the hotel an even more enjoyable stay.
If you want comfort, good food and great staff then the Holiday Inn is for you.

A clean and comfortable hotel close to the centre of town. staff friendly and efficient.
Parking charges are expensive as is cost for fast internet service

The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent although the evening bar snacks were only average.

I found Holiday Inn, Woking to be extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use Holiday Inn again and would hope they meet the same standards.

I have been staying at this hotel for a year now and can safely say this is the friendliest hotel I have stayed at.
The staff are what makes a hotel and here the staff are second to none. From the reception staff to the restaurant/bar staff, the customer service is good.
The breakfast staff always have a friendly word even when exceptionaly busy, Claudia keeps things moving a treat.
Looking forward to another year of first class service from the Team!
