Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 总体感觉不错 酒店在长江边,由于是精英会员,升级到江景房,景观很不错,但由于本人是健身控,墙裂建议酒店更新一下健身设备,实在太旧了,入住期间call了送餐服务,虽然有些小不愉快,牛排也不是order时候的熟度,但前台人员的友善处理还是挺加分的,对于Holiday Inn这个品牌来说,不过不失吧,有机会再去的话,还是会选择的。 15 July 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店员工服务意识强 硬件有待加强 酒店从礼宾人员到酒廊服务人员,客房清洁人员和前台服务人员都非常友善非常热心,特别是前台江姓小姐不管是入住还是退房都给与了我很大的帮助。礼宾部叫车也很及时,服务意识强。但是同样作为老酒店的通病,酒店硬件设施有待加强。再就是不知道是哪个部门出了问题,入住两天并没有见到给白金卡会员的欢迎水果。不过,总得来说在晴川假日是非常愉快的一次入住体验,下次来武汉还是会选择晴川假日。 12 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 老式酒店积分入住和付费入住你将享受不到一样的待遇 积分入住是去年12月武汉行,住的是电梯口的小房,非常压抑,1.5的床?有木有我都怀疑,整的一个压抑,WC便池非常窄,稍微肥胖动作辛苦啊。付费入住这次是提前两天预定的,在入住前一天收到客服确认电话,很好,房间也安排了高层视野开阔,各方面待遇尚可了。不足之处,隔音稍差,还有隐秘性不好。地理位置独特,打车各方面还方便, 还是会去的。 11 July 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 整体状况一般 1. 酒店外部感觉尚可,大堂感觉不错。提供会员饮料采取短信操作相当繁琐,给客人带来不便。特别是短信慢时还需要等待,收到后经验证才可以,还不如直接一张单子方便,只是看似高科技而已。 2. 房间特别小,这是我所住的IHG holiday inn级别的房间最小的酒店,除了放一张大床,活动空间相当小。感觉类似于智选假日。 3. IHG对于所有会员入住当天会送水果一份,但是直到我离店也没有看到水果在哪里。我预定时提供的会员号,我是精英金卡会员,在IHG其他酒店入住时都会有一个总经理签名的关于我积分的确认函,但是这里没有,可能地方的酒店有不同的要求吧。 4. 早餐还可以,品种能够满足要求。 5. 酒店比较安静,可以得到良好睡眠。酒店四周购物不是很方便,目及之处没有任何商场或餐饮。 07 July 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 武汉旅游 看演唱会 并不是很满意 酒店服务人员并不热情,从下车到进门感觉有点冷清,首次入住前台工作人员态度并不是十分友善,有点不大耐心。酒店房间有点占小,我定的king size 的床,竟然是两张单人床拼在一起。 那样的话和定标准双人间感觉差不多,但是价格就不一样了,所以并不是很好,睡眠也一般,两张床拼在一起,两人睡觉总感觉不舒服。 02 July 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problems with this hotel I stayed twice in this hotel using my points. As a platinum member I have to say the treatment is so-so. First, there is only a welcome drink, there is no welcome fruit or anything for platinum member in this hotel. So expect nothing. Second, I got a downgrade from Deluxe Riverview to Deluxe City View in my first stay without any explanation. Although the room is nothing wrong and you can see the river. But it made me puzzled for a while. Last, this hotel is inconsistence in posting points. I got points posted for my food and beverage consumptions for the first stay. But got nothing for the second stay. Clearly, the hotel has an issue in Platinum member recognition in terms of tangible benefit and also the issue in consistence of posting points. 06 June 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and great Staff Location excellent with regards to sightseeing. Rooms rather quite undersized for Holiday Inn (mine was outright cramped). I was surprised that an Associate of mine for same rate had been given river view room that was substantially larger than mine, despite not even being IHG member (1103) while I was stuck next to a noisy elevator in the smallest room available. Quite noisy when facing the road. Excellent Staff. Even found a quick solution to non-existent Wi-Fi in my room (1211). Your idea of recognizing different employees by posting their pictures in the elevators should definitely be adopted throughout the whole of IHG! It shows a real care on the part of Management and Ownership. Your Staff from check-in (quick, efficient and empowered to solve problems on the spot) through cleaning and then check out is first class (I.e. The Lady wearing black and orange framed glasses - sorry could not see her name tag well - noticed that a bunch of rude "business people" cut in front of me, so she asked her Associate to take care of me - a very thoughtful gesture) 19 May 2014
