Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 床铺舒适 服务一般 房间被无故取消,后来虽然做了升级,但后续的沟通不是很积极,由于住的时间较长,5天,最初一两天还要求我回到原级别的房间入住,但并没有提供给我满意房间切换方案,在我准备退房转到原级别房间的时候,又告诉继续住在高级别房间,但由于和我的沟通不够,让我感觉很不好,没有受到尊重和重视,感觉最后只是由于房间有空余才让我继续留住,而针对误操作取消我的预定给我带来的麻烦,没有诚心诚意的表达歉意。 14 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by excellent staff my stay was made comfortable by the excellent service provided by the front guest staff. from check in, I got the impression that the hotel staff were very professional in dealing with guests and were very accommodating. smiles often make people comfortable and your front guest staff made sure to always carry a smile on their faces. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 设施陈旧 设施太旧,不像这个价格的酒店。 门锁系统坏了也不更新。 服务员服务态度倒是好,但是不能理解这个价位的酒店门锁系统这么旧都影响到客人了还没计划去更换。 整个酒店的氛围和硬件也与价格不匹配,太久了却还收这么高的房价,仅仅因为是假日的品牌? 品牌和实际状况太不符合了。 08 April 2015
