The bar area is small and cramped and the bar is not well stocked. This is a problem in this area where there are few alternatives. The hotel needs a thorough makeover. March 14, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service I have used this location many times in the past but the quality and service has declined on every visit, some notes below for concern on this last trip Room Starting to get very tired now and lack of fridge facility is not good for a Holiday Inn when staying over a period of time Amenities such as Milk and Coffee only replaced when I asked Cups only cleaned again after I asked and cleaned using my face flannel and this was then left in the sink My spare room key was taken from the room My soap bar I was using was taken from the room On check in I was advised I had been up graded to an Executive room even though the hotel does not have any!! The quality of the food in the main restaurant has also dropped and also had drinks served in unclean glasses I visited the revamped Holiday Inn at Westhills and what a difference in rooms, amenities and staff attitude. These are comments I don’t like to have to make and yes I did raise these issues with the hotel, they did try to help but as I say this seems to be recurring more and more over many visits and always the same problems. Next trip I will not be staying as this location again March 5, 2015
