The building and facility are very good, but the staff made the stay! Staff in the Silk Route restaurant were attentive, polite and good fun. I was checked in by a young lady called Tenzing, who deserves a particular mention. Not only was she very efficient and polite but, seeing I had two bags, she even called the lift for me!! The only minor issue was the building work close-by, which caused a minor disturbance when they started at around 7 AM. May 21, 2015

My room is always clean and comfy and I can't ask for anything more. I especially thank Sheryll who always makes sure I have a comfortable stay and willingly provides me the best service. The staff was wonderful and made both me and my family feel like we were at home even though we were living in a hotel. Thank you from my entire family.
