In all I was not happy at all with my stay at the hotel this time ,same services at other hotels are given ½ the price I paid in my visit .
In addition to that the staff are not well informed about the IHG membership and as a member I was not asking them a favor to get simple thing like a welcome drink voucher .
20% off on food and beverages does not apply anymore instead of that a new privileged IHG card was introduced to make the visitor pay for the same discounts that were given free a few months ago, by the way the discounts are given to members free by other hotels , as a result of that , I will be thinking twice before visiting next time .

I have checked out and paid all three rooms which were transferred into my account so I can clam the point for all three rooms into my account. But unfortunately that did not happen. I only received the points for my room only. Although i paid for all rooms. Please make sure of this issue.
