Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast The facilities are good. However, the food is tasteless. The coffee was luke warm, and the tea tasteless. The eggs were O.K., but the sausage, both pork and beef were not nice at all. The bacon can do with a bit more spice/salt. The toaster also did not operate too well. The Fruit juice and bread were fine. I know much of this is a personal choice/taste, but I travel a lot. I use up a 40 page passport in 2 years. As far a sleep goes, this has nothing to do with your facility. When I travel, I seldom sleep well on the first night, and normally only on night 3, so nothing to do with your services of beds or anything else. February 5, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenience but average accommodation I travel to Accra 1 to 2 times/month. My preference is the Holiday Inn due to its convenient location. I find the reception and housekeeping staff to be friendly courteous and helpful. Rooms are below average for this price range and maintenance issues continue to be an issue during more than 30% of my stays. This time it was an an inoperable a/c unit that kept me from having much sleep the first night. I changed rooms the second night when the hotel could not resolve the problem. The beds are usually comfortable but too short for my height. Pool side bar and restaurant is adequate. The inside cafe and bar consistently has below average service. Breakfast buffet choices are quite good for Accra. January 21, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and Comfortable Hotel The Positives: Has lots going for it. Nice and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, proximity and regular shuttle to the airport. Good buffet breakfast. Negatives: Internet service was however very poor. The WIFI was weak and choppy at every location. The hallways smelled of dampness due to poor air conditioning. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid! This hotel is a dump, pure and simple. Hotel rooms smell like mold, beds are lumpy, and staff are not well trained or polite. Lastly, it does not appear that hotel has ever been updated - furniture is chipped, wallpaper is pealing, etc.. If you can stay somewhere else, I would suggest doing so. December 12, 2015
