Food is excellent as well Proximity to the airport is an added advantage as traffic in Accra can be terrible February 9, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One very terrible experience with a member of staff This is the second time i am coming to accra and staying at the same hotel. For everything , its a wonderful place to stay. My first experience was wonderful ; this second time i was around for the ACAMS conference. This time around though was going very well until (i have to write this part or it might happen to someone else) one of the days towards the evening when i decided to come down to the resturant for the buffet (normally i order room service as the guys that deliver are very friendly). I came to the counter at the reception and met someone. Ok fine he was attending to someone and i stayed next to the person waiting to be attended to after as i had questions to ask. Four people came after me and he actually i have to say ignored me because i called out after he attended to 2 white guys that came after me only for him to start attending to the third guy (all who met me there. I don't want to believe it was because they were white and i was black. i was very very mad. I have travelled round the world as my Job as Head -Compliance in the bank i work takes me around. But it was totally unacceptable how that member of staff treated me. i was really raving mad , it was only one of the porters who came to apologize as i was fuming inside. December 24, 2013

It has easy connection to the business district and close to the airport; hotel staff with very pleasant and friendly attitude - always willing to assist. The food is finger-licking good; great sampling of the many Ghanaian dishes and with authentic taste. Friday and Saturday evenings with poolside bandstand, providing soothing music amid sumptuous array of meal options. December 24, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by awful bath tub the overall bath tub and the bathroom was not working properly, the sink was clogged...it is not maintained at all internet in the room 712 was also not working your staff is excellent but when you can not get a proper shower, or a decent shave...it spoiled the experience December 19, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Be Careful Wifi totally unreliable, the taxi service in the hotel overcharges and the food and the drink were also expensive. The room rates were extremely high, this is an Holiday Inn not an Intercontinental Hotel. I am a Platinum Elite member and I received nothing from the hotel to recognise my loyalty, which I do receive in all other hotels I stay in. December 2, 2013
