Check in and check out was a pleasant experience. I was treated very well as an elite member and the upgrade I got was super. I enjoyed my stay as I was able to focus on work.

Not in the level I used to as other Holiday Inns hotels, does not justify the high room cost. Breakfast includes only low cost food (No salmon, no quality cheeses, no espresso coffee, etc.)
Service could be better especially the receptionists attitude, staff of the restaurant and room cleaners are fine though.
Some small things does not working in the room. Gym is not satisfying.

I love the big room 112, thoough the look was not scenery enogh as was occupied with the gensets.
I appreciated the cleaniess of the room and set up. The aircon was great and could be tuned to ones preference. The problem was that water was not replaced when empty-minor issue though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable room and great service
My stay in Holiday Inn Accra Airport was comfortable as usual as this is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff are always friendly and the service, be it room -service or House keeping is always prompt and excellent.
Thanks to the management of Holiday Inn Accra Airport for assembling a team of staff members who understand what customer service is all about.
