Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Super Desk Staff, kitchen has some issues Front desk staff were SUPER.....friendly, courteous, out of their way helpful. Room was disappointing, bathroom had issues with shower and tub quality, and flushing problems. Grounds and ambiance of hotel VERY NICE, but service in restaurants not up to par. 5 for lunch in Cabana ordering main course only took over 45 minutes to receive. Next day waiting by myself, ordered one scoop of ice cream, took 15 minutes to receive and i was only one of 6 clients in the place. Business center man was not proficient on his computer skills, the lady there was good. Gift shop ladies also very friendly. Bar area chairs very small and uncomfortable...could not sit in them at all, felt worse than economy airline seats. August 18, 2015

Pros: Breakfast was good, customer services were great and professional all throughout the hotel, the décor was good, house cleaning was good, the restaurants was good and a good value, the downstairs gift shop was competitively priced. The hotel airport shuttle drivers were extremely professional (gold standard). The room was sizeable and the bathroom was sizeable, televisions had many channel for an American. The hotel offers taxi drivers which can get you anywhere in the city for a reasonable fee and some negotiation will make the price more attractive. Con: I suggest that the hotel allow the windows to open an inch or two that way fresh air can entry the rooms and keep moisture out of the room. August 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Repeat traveller I stay regularly at the Holiday Inn Accra Airport, usually 2-3 nights/month. I prefer to stay there because of its convince to the airport and for its central location to the offices that I visit and work with during my Accra stays. The staff recognize me and also make me feel at home. My most recent visit was a let down for two reasons. One was the lack of flexibility for providing an early breakfast and the second was the lack of a room upgrade linked to my IHG Rewards membership. One last complaint while I am at it: The (inside) bar area service is substandard in my experience. I have stopped frequenting it because I find the prices a little on the high side and the service is terribly slow, almost 100% of the time. August 5, 2015
