Room a little small, but clean and very comfortable. Had an issue w our door and maintenance request was addressed same day. Very friendly and personable staff! Will stay again! Great value!

The location was excellent,I had expected little more at this location The check in experience was great,very warm welcome,The warmness went away when I went to the room .Everything in the room need to be updated to meet the IHG standards , At the check out I found it was the same girl who checked me in last night I feel bad to tell her the room was not comfortable ,She was really nice and I did not want to start my day bad ,

We had high hopes with this stay, as we stayed here so we could attend the Oktoberfest. But the fire alarm went off not once but twice that night, & we were not informed if it was a for real fire or not, we tried calling the front desk with no answer, we left our room the first time till the alarm went off. But when it went off the second time we stayed in the room but still no contact from front desk. Just not a good experience...

A business value is generally a balance of what is paid for the services and/or commodity gained. When representatives of the business consistently make errors or provide information that does not match a measurable reality, in this case, availability of choice, even though only 20 parking spaces are filled throughout the stay, non-availability becomes a convenient excuse rather than a reality. Additionally, making multiple mistakes, by passing on flawed information shows a distinct lack of managerial oversight, if not a complete disregard for the consumer of services. Recognizing that this property is not a five star facility and short-comings will occur, it is unreasonable to assume that business will be increased or the environment will improve for the consumer or the staff without professional intervention with those providing the services. No charge for this consultative insight, even though it has greater value than this consumer received from the recently purchased stay.

First, the gentlemen on the phone told me one price and when i got there, it was a completely different price. I had to pay $40 dollars more than he told me initially. When i go there, I told the lady at the desk, and she acted like she couldn't hear me. The comfort and room service was excellent, but the front desk was terrible.

The staff at the desk was wonderful and produced whatever I needed. I felt the rooms needed some updating. The carpet was shabby and needed a good cleaning as did the hallways. The rate was very good.

Everything was as it should be. Clean room, friendly staff, great location if you want to watch Kaboom Town in Addison on July third. No hassling with the traffic, after the evening is over, just a fifty yard walk and you're in bed! Will be making reservations soon for next year and most likely for years to come.

It is hard for to believe that this Hotel was unable to charge my Credit Card and Give me a Standard Credit Card Receipt. The employees told me that the "Private Owner" refuses to invest in Credit Card Capabilities...
That is ridiculous.... Take Back the Hotel. Get rid of this Pagan. When you do let me know and Maybe me or some of our other employees will stay there again.... Staff was great.... Hotel needs work!

Not my favorite holiday inn location. The happy hour food was ok. I had an accessible room, not due to any disability. ( only room). The interior of the hotel needs attention. The elevators need to be painted, the vending machine on my floor was out of order and not fixed during my stay. Much better tv selection than Austin location.

I rarely have anything bad to say about any ICH hotel, but this may be the first. I was surprised to find dirty towels left in the bathroom from a previous visitor. I did tell one of the housekeepers and she told me she would need to get her supervisor.Ok, The beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected. They seemed to be very very worn and it was not that comfortable of a nights sleep. There was noise late into the evening early morning. Even with a call to the front desk, the noise continued. I regreted having my room on the first floor. The constant noise from the opening of the side door was not good at all. We didn't have any dirty laundry bags in our room and just a host of things just didn't seem to go right. I was surprised that on my bill was a charge for the restaurant. We didn't eat there at all, but to the credit of the front desk manager, she didn't question me at all and remove the charge. She also seemed to want to know about the experience and I did tell her. She listen and took action, which is why I rated service as fair. The young man named Austin who worked the front desk upon arrival was also friendly. I am not sure if I will stay at this property again, but I still trust the brand.

Through my line of work I do a lot of traveling and have had some pretty aweful stays. But I must say everytime I am in town I try to stay at your location the rooms are always in good shape the hotel is nice and quiet and the staff is amazing.
With regards to the staff there's one person in particular who has gone the extra mile in several occations including once when the power was out. I do not know her last name but I believe her first name is Katherine and it is people like her that keep customers coming back.
Thank you for a great stay once again.

I stay at this hotel at least twice per month between 3-4 days at a time. The front desk knows me by name and when I walk through the door, they have all my information readily available.
The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff always wishes me good morning. I guess it helps I speak Spanish.
This is one hotel where the guests are made to feel welcome and appreciated.

From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel welcome. The front desk thanked me to for staying.
I never had a problem in my room. It was spotless. The only thing I wish they had was new movies like Pay Per View as I was bored during the snow storm.,

Parents stayed here one night. TV and heating didn't work. Very few towels in bathroom. Moved to another room; no staff helped move. In second room, heat didn't work. Light bulbs were out.
Then the elevators were not working. The staff said things would be fixed in the first room, but everything was the same when parents returned to it.

very convenient location!! I enjoyed the area it is located. There are so many good restaurants around. The staff was very friendly. My room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice rooms and great prices make for good value. This Priority Club platinum member received complimentary bottled water and a small snack.
I would give more stars, but for a few things:
-A bit outside of the city. Great if you're visiting something north of Dallas, but otherwise a little difficult to get in/out of the city without taking a tollway.
-I left something behind and called the hotel 5 times to inquire if they had found it. Each time I was told to either call back or they would call me back. I was never called back, and on the final time was told that it was not found--6 days after my stay!

I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel room was Ok at best. Issues that need attention:
1. tub faucet was a guessing game to find the WARM water not HOT
2. TV had an intermittant problem where power cord was not connected. It woul dnot stay in the back of the TV
3. No coffee cart in the morning - long wait for breakfest not staffed well.
4. Sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom.. Might need a refit the toliet gasket. not sure. Clean but you could smell it.
5. Elevators need an upgrade - do not seem safe, they rumble and dont sound right.
6. Gym needs to be upgraded, 2 of the three pieces of equipment did not work..
In all the hotel is fair at best and was not my first choice.. a few more attention to details and the room will be OK..
