I travel with a blind friend and her guide dog and the staff is fabulous to accommodate her needs outside of the normal guest requirements. The hotel could use a little updating, but it is still very nice and comfortable and the remodel is underway. March 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Upgrades I was pleasantly surprised by the new, modern, upscale look of the lobby and room. Although the rooms have a nice appearance, there were a few things that I did not like. The shower has a non-sliding door that covers only the half near the faucet and shower head. This requires a person to get in and stand under the shower to turn the water on. This does not allow for a person to adjust the water temperature before stepping in. The floor and the rear of the shower gets wet because there is not door. The modern vessel sink looks nice. However, the faucet that is paired with it makes it difficult to use without rubbing the bowl. I don't like my toothbrush and washcloth touching the bowl. In the sleeping area, I was not able to turn the fan off; it was noisy during the night. The hotel is VERY PRETTY. I hope that they make adjustments to the items I mentioned. All in all, I am very impressed; the hotel decor exceeded my expectations. February 26, 2015

I really like the fact that it's right off the highway and that it is so close to so many shops and restaurants. That made it really convenient for me. February 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Road wear Made res in advance. Called to explain I was having auto trouble (tire). And that I would be very late checking in. Staff explained they would make a note and keep the room. When I finally arrived at 2 a.m. They were very sympathetic to my plight. Told me they would have a list at the desk in the a.m. For tire stores. When I wen t to the desk after my brief nap, there it was. A complete list with my name on it and all the closest stores highlighted. MOST. Impressive. Above and beyond !! Well done !! Thank you very much. Receptionist that night was exceptional.
