The staff is great. Tara at the front desk always greets you with a smile and bends over backwards to assist you. The pool was very clean and well stocked with towels even when it was packed with people. The life guard was well trained and friendly with everyone. The only issue we had was breakfast at the restaurant was not very good. Hope it can be improve since it is so convenient right there in the lobby.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suite met my expectations of being comfortable, relaxing and friendly staff. I would return to this hotel in the future if I should return to Albuquerque, NM.

We couldn't have been more pleased with out stay here. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows perfect. I loved that the suite was set up so I could work without waking my husband. I will definitely stay at a Holiday Inn and Suites again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SteveABC invoice instead of receipt
When you check out, this hotel will give you an invoice, not a receipt showing proof of payment. Therefore, all business travelers should avoid this property as much as possible, if they require a receipt to get reimbursed for their travel expenses. It's a pain to get a receipt here, so stay at another property, where the management understands the New Mexico accounting rules.
