I was very dissatisfied from the moment I was greeted (not) at the desk, to the moldy food left in the fridge from a previous customer. Airport parking was $4 while across the street it was $3, and the employees were unfamiliar with how the procedure worked, or if there was room in the parking lot.
Had chicken wings for dinner..they were probably the smallest wings I have ever had with very little meat.
The good thing...the hostess at the small bar/rest. off to the right of the dining room. She was a joy.
Would I return, NO.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The parking lot is way to small, the hotel was under construction and it was a mess on our floor. The room was way small and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were way to soft. The customer service was ok while we were there but I left a item that was very important to me in the room and trying to get it back was a nightmare no one returns calls there and the management was very poor.

Bed was great, pillows great, TV good, staff was excellent and polite.
However, I would definitely not book here again for two primary reasons.
First, their are no electrical outlets (not being used by lamps) at the desk in the room, or anywhere near it. Second, the available outlet in the room was 1. on a lamp by the bed. 2. behind the headboard, literally, of the bed.
Second issue - the shape of the shower. I know this sounds odd, but it's a tiny square box, very uncomfortable to shower in. No conditioner (which I think is a first) struck me as odd - there was shampoo, bar soap, and body lotion.
Next, a very limited room service menu. I like to have breakfast in my room every day, and there is a card you can hang on the door and they deliver it at a time you specify; however, for 3 of the 5 days, the card was not replaced by housekeeping.
Parking is really bad as well - as the spots are too close back-to-back, so it was almost impossible for me to back out of my spot one day.
Again - staff was excellent, polite, attentive, and helpful.
