Thanks for upgrade. Had coffee maker but realize I had no coffee at 4AM (Plane left at 6a m). Other than that, a great property with nice people working there. Hopefully see you soon.

When we first got into the room there was something on the floor, like food crumbs of some sort.. everything was very expensive. The hotel pool and spa, was actually a nice thing, the sauna was so relaxing and that is one part of the stay I won't forget.

I had made reservations over a week in advance of our stay over memorial weekend and when we arrived at the hotel they said that there was a mix up and our room had been double booked so we would not be getting the room that I reserved which was a King suite so instead we got 2 double beds. There is a reason why I booked a suite & not a regular room but they could care less. They did give us $20 a night and free breakfast during our stay. I also inquired about being charged if we end up cancelling the other two nights but would not know until 5:00pm the following day and the front desk clerk said there would be no problem and there would be no charge. The 1st morning we were there the restaurant didn't open until 9:00 when it was supposed to open at 7:30 & we had to be somewhere by 9:30 not enough time so we had to go find a restaurant to eat at. Then when we notified them that we were not going to stay there the following 2 nights as originally booked, they wanted to charge us, it was the same front desk clerk that we talked to the night before. We also told her that the restaurant wasn't open. She had to call her manager to make sure it was ok to not charge us for the following two nights and the manager agreed upon us saying we would not ask for a further discount because the room & restaurant issue. Previous experiences were wonderful & it was the 5th time we had stayed there. Probably will not be going back to that particular property again. The sink made noise and it looked like there was blood on the walls in the bathroom, it could have been paint but it didn't look like it to me. Not satisfied at all.

Property and staff were outstanding. Sound proofing/insulation were non-existent. We had a suite and could hear normal conversation in the adjoining suite, not to mention the TV, all night coughing and 3:30 a.m. alarm.

Overnight stay for early AM flight...quiet comfortable room.....some sort of breakfast would have been great

Room was clean and accomodating. Bed was very comfortable. Frig and micro was handy to have. Shower delivered a uniform spray. I will stay again.

This hotel fit my need to be close to the airport and to have a quick complimentary shuttle connection. New, clean, comfy, with great in-room amenities. Price a little higher than similar hotels, but I felt I got good value at this location.
