Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service from employees. Food was good in resturant. Hotel was very quiet even though next to airport. We did'nt hear planes at all. Staff was very helpful and pleasent. Food in resturant was good. Beds were comfortable. Newly remodeled and was very tastefully done. Only thing wrong the floor in bath room had been mopped with a dirty mop . Floor was white and showed dirt and black hairs from people before us. Hopefully they figure out to clean mop inbetween room cleanings. I don't think mop issue was a normal thing. We would stay and recommend hotel to others. November 8, 2014

Had a good experience at the bar and bartender was friendly. Food wasn't cheap but not too expensive either. Very good value, had one of the lowest rates at the airport when I was shopping around. There were well-organized courtesy shuttles to and from the conference site and they even offered to take a group to Old Towne one night. Everyone worked so hard while so busy--front desk, restaurant, and everyone in between; I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. My bed was comfy, my room was clean, and my stay was lovely. October 29, 2014

The room was clean but a little dated with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. We had trouble with the air con in the room from the start. We requested another room but was told they were sold out. They sent up a maintenance man to fix it and this seemed to work. When we checked out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay which we replied it was ok. We reported our issues to the young man at the front desk who put in a work request to fix the wallpaper. October 25, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by First time at this location...Bad experience Staff member did not smile or greet me, nor did they recognize me as IHG Rewards member. They assigned me to a room on the 3rd floor and because we had problems with noise from overhead rooms in the past I asked if that was the top floor in the hotel. She replied that it was. It wasn't, there are actually 4 floors and we experienced noise from above beginning at 4 a.m. The air conditioning was set far too warm and could not be adjusted cooler although we tried mightily. We slept without even a sheet and were hot all night. Even though we checked in before 5 p.m., when I asked if there was an upgrade available, I was told there was none. We were given a room whose door opened onto the ice machine, which was noisily used repeatedly. Finally, I waited for 3-4 mins. to check out along with another customer, and although we called out loudly, no one ever came. I left the keys on the desk. Bad experience. October 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Some Serious Help in Customer Service & Brand Training! Very disappointed and surprised at the lack of any type of service shown by the front desk agent. I checked in around 10:30pm. A man in a red shirt (no uniform) stood there looking at me so I approached and told him my name. He seemed put out by my arrival from the moment I walked through the door. He said maybe 2 words to me! No IHG Platinum Recognition, No greeting at all! No internet password, no information on breakfast, not even directions to my room. I was in shock.. I started to walk out and then I turned and let him know that I would like bonus points as a welcome gift since I hadn't been given that option. He said "oh ok". I finally found my room and I believe it was a room that begun some type of remodel but definitely had not completed, not a room I would expect to be put in at all, but especially as an Elite Member... also housekeeping may not have finished stocking the room properly. No bags in trash cans, missing washcloth. I will post pictures. My name was written on the key packet along with my room number, that is a NO-NO for security. There were just so many things that made me wonder if the clerk had been trained at all in IHG policies and standards. Very disappointed since I have stayed at this property a few times prior and although I have never received award winning service, the service was never this lacking.
