Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bed was comfortable 1. sheer curtains were dirty 2. curtains were missing hanging hooks, curtain was hanging loose on one side 3. toilet tissue on holders was half way used no extra roll was left behind, had to call front desk for some. 4.only one hand soap was in room no replacement for the next day 5. no tissues in tissue box holder, when I called front desk for some they said they were out. 6.water in pool didn't look too clean February 28, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Experience of my Life!!! Let me start by saying Iam a Club member and have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the coountry. Upon arrival at this property it was F- service from the get go. Incompetent front desk worker puts me in the wrong room, stubbornly refuses to accept that they made a mistake and instead of smoothing things over wants to charge me more for the lesser room. The Manager was M.I.A., I believe he was in the lounge. I called the Corporate office, they had me on hold and past me around resulting nothing other than finally after holding for 40 minutes being hung up on. Cut up my Club membership the next morning as I happily drove away. NEVER!!!!! stay with these clowns again. February 28, 2013

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and well equipped room made both of my recent stays at this hotel pleasant. Just a few minutes from the airport and a quick response from the shuttle pick up saved me time. Good cafe, small but friendly bar, helpful staff; I give them a strong endorsement. January 26, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service was excellent I travel a lot on business, and stay at this hotel both coming and going from the airport. The rooms are fine, there is always food and drinks available. The most outstanding quality of this staff is the customer service of the staff. Last week, after completing 18 hours of travel, I arrived to find they had upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The front desk is always available for rides too and from the airport, are very accommodating in helping with luggage and meeting my flight schedules, regardless of whether my schedule coincides with any other travelers. I highly recommend this hotel. January 10, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poorly maintained The heat did not work, the toliet paper dispenser didn't hold paper and worst of all the shower didn't work when I was trying to catch a flight. When I told the fornt desk this on my way out they reponded "thanks for the update and have a nice day". Ordered room service and recieved cold overpriced frozed food quality dinner. would not recommend a stay here, it falls way below the Holiday Inn standards. December 14, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service, dirty room, lacking maintenance I stay at the Holiday Inn when I travel because of the consistency I typically experience. This Holiday Inn was the worst experience I have had. The wireless internet connection was not working on any of my devices, there was no signal. When I told the front desk about it, they told me to call tech support. I don't stay at this hotel to come and fix their internet problems. I think they forgot I was paying to stay the night. In addition to the internet, the room had several blown out lightbulbs and the bathroom had an electrical problem. You had to jiggle the switch to get the light to come on. The complementary bathroom items left only consisted of shampoo and lotion. The lotion was used. The bathroom was dirty. I won't stay there again. December 3, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable We went ahead and took advantage of a two-room suite during our recent stay. The room was clean, generally quiet and pleasant. Unfortunately, the heater in the bedroom did not work, but the unit in the living area was enough to keep us warm. The shower curtain was in dire need of repair. Also, the parking lot can be quite crammed as guests can use it for the nearby airport. The pool was nice and warm and can easily be enjoyed, assuming bad parents don't let their kids jump all over you! We did not get a chance to try out the bar and restaurant, but they look very nice. Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable with an awesome bed. November 30, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Bed, No Live Football in the Bar The bar is awesome as far as service, the lady that was there both times was awesome. The problem, NO Monday, or Thursday night football. The bigger problem, there is a sign outside this hotel that advertises Bud Lights $3.50 and join us to watch the game, really. The floor, second and above, load. The bed was the worst ever, Hard as a rock and you hear the people above you walking. November 16, 2012

I know them to be clean, attractive, and always provide a good and complimentary breakfast. I thought this was standard at all locations. It was surprising to me that breakfast was only available from a menu - and at cost. Guess I have to be more careful when making reservations. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a pleasant stay, great view! I have stayed here many, many times and as a Platinum Member have always received great service and always upgraded to a suite. The close proximity to the airport makes it ideal for early morning flights. I can't vouch for the food in the restaurant because I know good local eateries, but the bar stays open late, and I have eaten there, the food was always good. The staff are always friendly & helpful, never a bad experience here. If you like Casino gaming, there is the Hardrock Casino just down the freeway about 5 miles, easy drive. November 2, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best Sunport Hotel I stay at this lcation at least 4 times per year beacause of its location near the airport, as well as it's excellent rooms and service. I love the lobby, and the rooms are feel clean and new. The beds are super comfortable. The Suite Rooms have more room than some houses! The staff has always been exceptionally helpful with all requests, including making sure you get to the airport in time with their free shuttle. I always look forward to going back here. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Balloon Fiesta Weekened My husband and I usually come down to Albuquerque once a month to stay over for shopping and restaurants etc. This weekend was balloon fiesta so we had to be over to the park really early which was easy to do since neither one of us slept much. The room was big and nice however to get to the room we had to walk down a few hallways and turns. A very long distance for what most hotels have. The bed was moderately comfortable but the pillows were not! They seemed smaller than normal pillows and half the size. They were almost lumpy. The room next to us must have had been occupied because we had contant banging or in and out traffic which did aid to the lack of sleep. Since the room seemed so far and away from the main hotel envirnoment it was strange to be so noisey. Not sure I'd stay there again. October 21, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Nice hotel, horrible resturant After a long travel day my husband and I decided to just eat dinner at the resturant on site in the hotel. My dinner was fine, but his Chicken Fried Steak was cooked on the outside but the burger was raw. He realized this after about 4 bites and told the waitress, she offered to bring him something else but his appetite was ruined so he declined. The waitress only credited 10% of the cost of his meal. Although he did not want something else at that time I think she could have at least offered a voucher for breakfast, a meal at a later time. Although we may stay at this hotel on another trip thru, we definetly will not eat "in house". October 20, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Older hotel - Hard Beds The hotel is older and has obviously been renovated but could use a bit more work. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane was landing, you could easily hear people above you and next to you, the hot tub was luke warm, no hair conditioner was provided in the room (though you can request it), and the beds are pretty hard. The front desk made an error when checking us in, knocked on our door at 10:40 pm to correct it, then called the room at 11pm to once again correct it. 11:00PM is entirely too late to call a guest room. There are other nearby hotels we should have looked into.h October 14, 2012
