The hotel pool and spa, was actually a nice thing, the sauna was so relaxing and that is one part of the stay I won't forget. June 1, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not treated like a previous customer I had made reservations over a week in advance of our stay over memorial weekend and when we arrived at the hotel they said that there was a mix up and our room had been double booked so we would not be getting the room that I reserved which was a King suite so instead we got 2 double beds. There is a reason why I booked a suite & not a regular room but they could care less. They did give us $20 a night and free breakfast during our stay. I also inquired about being charged if we end up cancelling the other two nights but would not know until 5:00pm the following day and the front desk clerk said there would be no problem and there would be no charge. The 1st morning we were there the restaurant didn't open until 9:00 when it was supposed to open at 7:30 & we had to be somewhere by 9:30 not enough time so we had to go find a restaurant to eat at. Then when we notified them that we were not going to stay there the following 2 nights as originally booked, they wanted to charge us, it was the same front desk clerk that we talked to the night before. We also told her that the restaurant wasn't open. She had to call her manager to make sure it was ok to not charge us for the following two nights and the manager agreed upon us saying we would not ask for a further discount because the room & restaurant issue. Previous experiences were wonderful & it was the 5th time we had stayed there. Probably will not be going back to that particular property again. The sink made noise and it looked like there was blood on the walls in the bathroom, it could have been paint but it didn't look like it to me. Not satisfied at all. May 30, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bad sound proofing Property and staff were outstanding. Sound proofing/insulation were non-existent. We had a suite and could hear normal conversation in the adjoining suite, not to mention the TV, all night coughing and 3:30 a.m. alarm. May 23, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by YES! to both The staff was able to pick me up late at night(my flight was delayed). Without a reservation, they were willing to accommodate me. During the check-in, as full as they were, I was able to get a top floor, king bed, close to the elevator. The bed was fantastic(that's why I stay here whenever I visit ABQ). Even the staff member upon check out, remembered me, addressed me by name(how do they remember all of those names), and welcomed me back to ABQ, It's always been a good stay here. I stayed at this location as I wanted a bar area to enjoy supper and watch some sports. one hour after ordering the chicken special I received my 4oz chicken and undone baked potato. Front desk staff is great and room was very good; if that is what you want this will do. If you want good food and beverage I would keep looking. April 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice room they had a really nice suite,, very nice hotel nice pool i could say what i loved the most was the bath tub it was amazing a little to small but very relaxing good view at night. it was way too far from the mall zoo downtown but it was a very nice hotel,,, i also did not like that there was a used shampoo bottle and lotion bottle which i did not use for the reason it was open that was a little nasty i say i was very comfortable in the room the pillows a little too small but it was a nice stay i would say staff is good i really did not mess much with them but i needed help and they went asap April 1, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bed was comfortable 1. sheer curtains were dirty 2. curtains were missing hanging hooks, curtain was hanging loose on one side 3. toilet tissue on holders was half way used no extra roll was left behind, had to call front desk for some. 4.only one hand soap was in room no replacement for the next day 5. no tissues in tissue box holder, when I called front desk for some they said they were out. 6.water in pool didn't look too clean February 28, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Experience of my Life!!! Let me start by saying Iam a Club member and have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the coountry. Upon arrival at this property it was F- service from the get go. Incompetent front desk worker puts me in the wrong room, stubbornly refuses to accept that they made a mistake and instead of smoothing things over wants to charge me more for the lesser room. The Manager was M.I.A., I believe he was in the lounge. I called the Corporate office, they had me on hold and past me around resulting nothing other than finally after holding for 40 minutes being hung up on. Cut up my Club membership the next morning as I happily drove away. NEVER!!!!! stay with these clowns again. February 28, 2013

The rooms are fine, there is always food and drinks available. The most outstanding quality of this staff is the customer service of the staff. Last week, after completing 18 hours of travel, I arrived to find they had upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The front desk is always available for rides too and from the airport, are very accommodating in helping with luggage and meeting my flight schedules, regardless of whether my schedule coincides with any other travelers. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poorly maintained The heat did not work, the toliet paper dispenser didn't hold paper and worst of all the shower didn't work when I was trying to catch a flight. When I told the fornt desk this on my way out they reponded "thanks for the update and have a nice day". Ordered room service and recieved cold overpriced frozed food quality dinner. would not recommend a stay here, it falls way below the Holiday Inn standards. December 14, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service, dirty room, lacking maintenance I stay at the Holiday Inn when I travel because of the consistency I typically experience. This Holiday Inn was the worst experience I have had. The wireless internet connection was not working on any of my devices, there was no signal. When I told the front desk about it, they told me to call tech support. I don't stay at this hotel to come and fix their internet problems. I think they forgot I was paying to stay the night. In addition to the internet, the room had several blown out lightbulbs and the bathroom had an electrical problem. You had to jiggle the switch to get the light to come on. The complementary bathroom items left only consisted of shampoo and lotion. The lotion was used. The bathroom was dirty. I won't stay there again. December 3, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable We went ahead and took advantage of a two-room suite during our recent stay. The room was clean, generally quiet and pleasant. Unfortunately, the heater in the bedroom did not work, but the unit in the living area was enough to keep us warm. The shower curtain was in dire need of repair. Also, the parking lot can be quite crammed as guests can use it for the nearby airport. The pool was nice and warm and can easily be enjoyed, assuming bad parents don't let their kids jump all over you! We did not get a chance to try out the bar and restaurant, but they look very nice. Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable with an awesome bed. November 30, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Bed, No Live Football in the Bar The bar is awesome as far as service, the lady that was there both times was awesome. The problem, NO Monday, or Thursday night football. The bigger problem, there is a sign outside this hotel that advertises Bud Lights $3.50 and join us to watch the game, really. The floor, second and above, load. I know them to be clean, attractive, and always provide a good and complimentary breakfast. I thought this was standard at all locations. It was surprising to me that breakfast was only available from a menu - and at cost. Guess I have to be more careful when making reservations.
