The only thing that saves this place is the staff. They are friendly and really try and help.
But other than that, this is a 2+ at most 3 star property.
My main complaint is that service is soooo slow. I have stayed here a number of times for work. And it is not unusual to have to follow-up on a request 2 & 3 times. The staff should follow-up with you, not you constantly following up with them.
And just now it took me literally 30 minutes to get someone to take my room service order. And that took calling around two 3 different departments (room service, front desk and the bar). Finally someone at the bar picked up and that was after a lot of rings. I almost hung-up.
I like the people and the convenience to walk to work. Other than that, not a great stay.

When arriving, you need to know that there is no parking lot, but a parking garage. There is a landing where you can load and unload your car. The hotel lobby is very large and spacious. Checking in was simple and the rooms are quite large. The views from the room of the city are exciting if you don't live in a city.

The Good: Room clean, parking cheap and close, wifi worked fine, all staff were really great.
the Bad: Restaurant and bar were not only understaffed, there was NO staff anywhere. We finally gave up and walked down the street to a place that had better menu anyway. Also, music from nightclub downstairs was clearly audible in our room until approx 11pm.
