I travel for business, but bring my wife and kids along for a mini vacation. the rooms are very nice, restaurant is great, and the holidome is like having your own resort to relax and play in. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant We went to the restaurant for breakfast and it was very disappointing. The price for the food was unbelievable and the quality was terrible. Never again will we eat there. the room was very clean and comfortable. This I would highly recommend. The pool and hot tub were awesome. I called to make the reservation and was told that there wasn't a Holidome there; was disappointed when we got there to find out there was. If the person making reservations would have known there was I would have preferred to have one of the rooms there; but it was still a pleasant stay just the same. March 12, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but needs major updating The hotel was convenient to where I needed to work and has a lot of potential. However, the hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since 1980 and is need of a major facelift. The front desk people were nice but no one was ever at the front desk and you had to wait for them and call out loudly so they could hear you into the back room where they were. The chlorine smell is overwhelming near the pool. The food was good in the restaurant but the service was the slowest I have ever experienced. I sat for 15 minutes and no one came to the table. I got up to place a to go order they sat a couple who sat for another 15 minutes before anyone approached the table. Apparently all the servers were waiting in the kitchen for food instead of out on the floor. Defiintiely need some customer service help. February 21, 2013
