Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A bit disappointed The hotel staff are great, very friendly polite and professional. The facility is very new, very clean, very nice. Standard too is a bit small but clean and comfy. Perhaps my disappointment stems from my expectation based on the hotel amenities claiming on sight restaurant. We usually stay at the Express so the we can have an early morning light breakfast. However when I read the amenities for this regular Holiday Inn that they supposedly had on sight restaurant we decided it would nice to have a regular full restaurant breakfast instead of the standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Started off first half hour we discovered high speed wifi is not accurate, wifi non existent prior to midnight. Another guest said he's on job sight and for three days desk clerk has told him that someone coming to fix wifi so he's moving in morning. When we went to use guest laundry there are two washing machines but only one worked. Another job sight guest said only one machine since he's been there. However, final straw was getting up leisurely & looking forward to restaurant breakfast, walked down at 9:35 AM to be greeted with sorry we close at 9:30 and reopen at 5 PM for dinner. OMG, are you kidding me? That's not a restaurant that's an in house cook who has set hours. I even expected them to say well it's only few minutes late come on in and order breakfast. That didn't happen. Although I reiterate that hotel staff very friendly & professional, hotel very clean, we were very disappointed regarding wifi and supposed in house restaurant. No breakfast restaurant nearby either. Guess we will stick with Holiday Inn Express, not the regular Holiday Inn. April 13, 2016
