Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and well kept property This is a nice place to stay when we come to Amarillo for all of our Dr and Dentist ,Etc. Appts. They don't allow pets so that is a plus. We always stayed at the Drury but the rooms just smelled so bad as they allow pets in all the guest room. Don't get me wrong I am a animal lover but don't like to smell like one. May 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth your time, money, or risk to personal safety The hotel sought to fill it's bank account and worship the almighty dollar rather than truly care about who stays at their hotel, and whether or not their guests are treated fairly, or protected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LEAVE THIS OPTION AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!! The hotel owner would rather pocket funds than spend a little more on payroll and employ managers on site 24 hours a day. This hotel did not have a manager on site for a complete weekend, even while hosting a large conference. This conference was loud, obnoxious, and held an outdoor party with a live band well past midnight. Due to the live band, intoxicated individuals and emotional teenagers running up and down the hallways during the night, I received no sleep, and had to drive home 6 hours the next morning. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. I will be telling all who will listen, to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS HOTEL. May 12, 2015

The Check-in was friendly and efficient and the bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant still is not well organized and we would probably avoid having a meal there again if we stayed at this Holiday Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable however the toilet seat was broken. We did report it to the front desk when checking-out. May 11, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn® Amarillo West Medical Center The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but the room was more expensive and smaller than other hotels. We could not fold the couch out to be used as a bed so 1 person had to sleep on the couch, luckily we had one smaller than average person in our group. May 5, 2015
