Front desk came up, very friendly and apologetic, but this was caused by satellite Second time this has happened during my stay. Probably will not stay here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff My husband and I have stayed at this Holiday Inn everytime we come to Buffalo, which is quite often. Last time we were there which was a week ago, we checked in late and checked out early because of illness. Janelle at the front desk was so accommodating and kind, and put us room where she knew I did not have to walk far because I was not feeling my best, and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable. When you check into a hotel and you are greeted by a staff that truly cares about their customers like Janelle and the rest of the staff you know this is where you want to stay. Thank you so much. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Staff was friendly when checking in, but room was super cold. I know the temp outside was in the single digits, but the thermostat said is was in the 70's. I had to bump the temp over 80 to start warming the room up. Also had dinner at the Blvd Bar and Grill. I believe the servers name was Jason. He was the nicest server I have ever had at a Holiday Inn. Kudos to him, for making my dinning experience so pleasant while on the road for work. March 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Winter Retreat This hotel is the perfect location for my needs. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. Our grandsons love it when we come to see them in the winter. We go and swim for a few hours and leave the snow behind. The staff here is always very helpful and make our stay as nice as can be.
