Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Same old issues. Have stayed here for 3 + years on business every quarter. Every time something goes wrong. Arrived, wasn't recognized as a platinum member or offered points , but they did show up the following day. Got into the room, 83 degrees inside, thermostat wouldn't work correctly . Finally got the room cool hours later. Got done the next day with work at 5, returned to the room, no housekeeping done and the room was baking again. Went to the desk, had the genreal mgr.come to the room, couldn't find any problem with the ac. Spoke about the general lack of amenities of this property etc. I was told they would adjust my rate and receive an additional 500 points for the trouble . Well no points so far. If it weren't for the location I would certainly find another place to stay. I stay at 3 other holiday inns throughout the state and have no issues with them. August 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Noise The only thing that I didn't like; anytime the water was used in nearby rooms, (on either side of my room?), it was very loud. I could tell usually when someone was running the water. Maybe in the shower? It would wake me up. July 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK but could be better My stay was average. There were some minor irritants. The carpet was a bit worn. The sink leaked which wet the Kleenex and was not able to use those. The water pipes were extremely loud, to the point where if next door was showering I had to turn up the volume on my TV to hear it. We found out from a coworker staying at a competitor hotel that he was paying less and had a free breakfast which we did not have. He was also provided with a to-go goody bag every morning with a muffin and some other nice extras which we did not have. Overall this facility should lower their rate or add some extras. If I return, I will be staying at a competitor hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and there are no complaints in this area. July 20, 2015
