Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good but... I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with a friend. At the reception they upgraded my room to suite at no extra cost because I have Gold membership with the Priority Club which was a very nice gesture. In the room we used the bath robes the first night, the next day after the room was cleaned we didn't find replacement robes nor the ones we used the day before. The TV signal was very bad (in both TV's) and I called the reception about it, they sent a technician, he tried to fix it by changing cables etc. but no luck. The next day we had lunch in the restaurant, the waiter twice brought us drinks we didn't order, after leaving the drinks on the table he would come back and take them away . Room Service was very good and punctual, quality of the food was excellent. May 9, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent enough. Stayed at this property twice over a period of 5 days. The first visit was comfortable and perfect in all respects. However the second time was a different experience. The room was not well cleant on arrival nor was it cleant well during the stay. I had a non-smoking room, yet there were time I got distinct smell of smoke in the room. Was unable to understand what the smoking policy in the hotel was. People smoked in common areas including restaurants. March 31, 2013
