Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very disapointed Hello, I am writing to reflect the most hotel experience I ever had with IHG group. Room was not clean, service is too slow (sometimes it takes more than an hour to deliver a bottle of water knowing that hotel was almost 20% occupied!!!) Quality of food is bad. Taxies or cars from hotels are not available. There are taxies outside which are not under the hotel's responsibility whom are trying to triple the fees or even more and did not accept to use the counters. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the receptionist during checking out and she did not care at all!! This is really reflecting a bad image of the good hospitality in Jordan. I don't think that I will ever visit this hotel ever and definitely not recommending it to anyone. Jamal February 2, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL AS ADVERTISED The Hotel can at best be arted 2.5 or 3 star. The carpets are dirty and smelly. Showers with broken items in the bath. The space is narrow. They charged for three beds but the additional bed was folding type that made the room cramped with no space for sitting. Overall they must change the star. Dr Kannan December 29, 2015
