Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable and secure for family stay We stayed in the hotel with two kids and enjoyed a lot in the hotel. excellent infrastructure and very well connected by tram to the Centrum. I prefer to stay again in this hotel in our future visits to Amsterdam. Its a best place for families and other tourist as well. April 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nettes Holiday Inn mit guter Verkehrsanbindung Nettes IHG, guter Service, Fruehstueck ebenfalls gut mit ok Auswahl. Die Tramstation ist direkt um die Ecke (2 Min) und faehrt sehr oft in die Innenstadt. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden, aber teuer. April 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but staff and cleanliness a problem Hotel was located in south of centre of Amsterdam and only a few minutes walk to the tram stop. The tram does take between 20 and 30 minutes to the centre but that was fine. We drove there and expected the parking to be 25euros a day and now found it'd gone up to 30euros a day! The hotel staff did advise us that we could park for free on weekends around the corner so saved quite a bit of money. What they didn't tell us is that you could pay to park all day during the week for 8.40euros a day at the parking machine. Parking only ended up costing us 16.80euros in total. We had to wait a few mins on checking in for the girl to attend us whilst she did paperwork. This surely could've waited till when she had no customers. She also said the city tax was 30euros but luckily I didn't pay this right away. I checked our Expedia booking and found out she was trying to charge us 10% instead of 5%. I did sort this out with another member of staff. The room itself was a very good size with two double beds. The mini bar was stocked full of extortionately priced drinks and food so we asked them to clear it up which they did. Food at the hotel was also very very expensive at 22euros per person per day for breakfast! Needless to say we didn't eat there at all. We had a problem with cleanliness as they didn't change the bed sheets and simply tucked them back in. They also didn't leave us enough toilet paper. I complained about both matters and it was sorted. April 12, 2015
