Even though I was vegetarian, I was well served variety of dishes and the staff was very friendly.
Enjoyed overall stay.
Recommend this hotel to all types of visitors.
I will definitely stay again at this hotel on my next visit.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Einen Pool gibt es zwar nicht, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Das Parken ist aus meiner Sicht viel zu teuer. Der Frühstücksraum müsste bzgl. der Anzahl der Gäste größer sein (teilweise Stau). Der Fitnessraum wirkt im Internet größer als er ist, befindet sich aber in einem Topzustand. Gute Ausstattung. Die Anbindung an das Zentrum ist sehr gut, da eine Endhaltestelle der Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Only issue was the lack of any kind of food at 23.00, som do not arrive late if you have not had your dinner.

Great staff, convenient location for watching World Championship Rowing at Bosbaan and sightseeing at the museums. Bike rentals available and staff helped. Very comfortable.

We crossed a pleasant stay in this hotel.
Positive: the hotel is very well situated, in 15 minutes of the station by the subway or the tram, the staff is very friendly.
Negative: no wifi in the room, always the carpet on the ground and no access to the television free of charge while the others hotel of the same status offer these services.

The Hotel is near RAI in a quiet environment
The rooms are cleaned late and if you wish to rest in the afternoon you might need to call the maid to make the room.
The food at the restaurant is good but veru slow to be served.
The athmosphere is nice.

Sauberes Hotel, allerdings nur mit teurer Parkmöglichkeit. Hotel in guten Zustand, leider lange Wartezeit beim Frühstück. Auswahl der Speisen nicht groß. Zimmerdienst kam nicht, vermutlich aufgrund der großen Besucherzahl.
Preise im Hotel sehr teuer

the members of staff were very cooperative and smiling, the dining room was very clean and cozy, breakfast was plenty and marvelous. In-room internet was good and enough speed. response of the front desk was very good. the room service was terrible terrible terrible.

WHEN I ARRIVED WITH SEVERAL HEAVY BAGS NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE CAME TO MY AIDE. FAMILY AND MYSELF BROUGHT THE HEAVY LUGGAGE UP TO THE ROOM. I CAME BACK DOWN WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND MENTIONED THE ROOM WAS UNACCEPTABLE, BROKEN TIOLET FLOOR TILES HAD A DIRTY FILM ON THEM WOULD NOT THINK OF WALKING BAREFOOT OR WITH SOCKS. MOULD WAS EVERYWHERE . ON THE ROUTING, BETWEEN THE TILES.AROUND THE BATHTUB, THE WORST WAS THE BROKEN TIOLET THAT TOOK THE CAKE. WENT UP ONE FLOOR SOMEWHAT BETTER BUT AGAIN VERY MUCH THE MOULD. TOO DISAPPOINTED AND ONLY ONE NIGHT STAY KEPT MY CLOTHING ON AND WENT TO BED LATER THAT NIGHT. NOT THE WAY I HOPED TO SPEND MY 65TH BIRTHDAY one employee was very kind and did her best to help.
i would close this hotel until all matters of mould are taken care off. it is just very unhealthy for all guests and employees

Enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel is very clean and organized in a way that is helpful to tourists. The breakfast was unbelievably good and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful with questions and were very willing to help. Only thing, stay away from the mini bar in the rooms; got that bill, Ouch.

The staff at this hotel are generally excellent very helpful particularly at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant.Although the price for a beer is a little over the top.
Need some mugs in the room with the kettle and tea/coffee service the silly little demi-tasse cups are useless.

Holdiay Inn located near Amsterdam RAI is conveniently located but, in my view, the hotel itself needs some significant investment to upgrade rooms to a standard the price charged indicates. TV's are old style flat screen models with low resolution which are almost unwatchable. Room furniture is old and in need of changing. Breakfast is expensive (22Euro) and is nothing special with the food offering not extensive in a dining area that is in need of redecoration. In summary, if you need to be in Amsterdam RAI, then location good but fo rthe rest there are many better and cheaper alternatives.

Fue para mi una experiencia agradable. Realmente el hotel fue escogido, reservado y pagado por los organizadores de una conferencia a la que asisti en el Centro RAI. Agradeci mucho la buena seleccion del Hotel. Los organizadores de la actividad tambien se alojaron en el mismo hotel.
La conferencia fue muy buena y estoy seguro que el buen alojamiento fue una de las causas de que la conferencia sea muy buena. Cuando vuelva a Amsterdam por seguro me alojare en este hotel.

Very attentive staff from the moment you arrive. Well presented lobby and check in area. Rooms are well designed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offers enough choice to suit most tastes. Items are replaced quickly and the staff are friendly. Very well located with a tram stop and main railway station line just outside. I liked the Angry Birds game in the lift!

We were very welcome. Everyone was nice, the room was confortable and clean and the location very good, quite far from the center of Amsterdam not to have crowd noises but so close to Tram, Metro and Train Station that the center of fun was only 15 minutes away. And we even had some tour and visit guide from the employee that served us the snack lunch on our day of arrival that helped us a lot in our pratical two days on Amsterdam. A very good hotel experience to come back other time in another visit to Ams.

Perhaps something to be done as far as outside noise isolation is concerned (bedrooms), but that does not affect the customers' quietness and sleep.

We spent three nights at the hotel as part of a coach holiday package and were very pleasantly surprised with the level of comfort of the hotel rooms. The rooms were of a good size and had two large beds, with comfortable mattresses but the pillows were rather small and hard. The bathroom was fresh and clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice but the restaurant was exceptionally busy. Dinner, however, was a much more pleasant experience as we had been allocated an early dining time.
Wifi was €22 for 24 hours, which I thought was very expensive. However, on day three I was told by a fellow traveller that it was free for IHG members. It would have been much more helpful had I been invited to join when we checked in, especially as I enquired if free wifi was available.
As we were part of a group of 30 our driver phoned ahead to inform reception of the time of our arrival, 22.00. We expected that reception would have been prepared for our arrival but were very disappointed to be told to wait in the lobby until our driver had off loaded all of the luggage from the coach and that he would then allocate the room keys. This was definitely not the level of service expected. The receptionist was most dismissive and, indeed, quite unfriendly. We found this particular receptionist was also particularly unhelpful on the second evening. This, however, was not indicative of the level of service experienced from other staff, who were both friendly and welcoming.
The tram station is close to the hotel enabling easy access to the centre of Amsterdam. In summary, I enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the Holiday Inn, Amsterdam.
