Nice place to stay and easy to get to Disneyland. A special Anaheim bus stops in front of the lobby and takes you right to the entrance.

This is a great, family-friendly hotel only 15 minutes walk from the main entrance to Disneyland. Our family received excellent service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff and we will definitely return!

Great Location to Disney land. Nice clean rooms. This hotel has everything. Pool, exercise room, Bar, restaurant, wifi.

Whenever I have business anywhere from Irvine to Los Angeles, this is the only Hotel I stay. Easy access to I-5 is great. My main reason for staying here is the incredible employees. Service is unparalleled. Especially the bar and restaurant employees in the evening.

We Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights after the hotel we booked didn’t turned out as we expected (One of the reputed hotels). Since we had to book last minute, the rates we paid were too high as compared to the amenities provided. The front staff was not helpful at all, they couldn’t even find me in their reservation. I believe the guy on the front-desk was on training and had no clue of what I was talking, he had to go inside and consult with someone for every question of mine. I booked the hotel under Disney’s 60th anniversary plan and I was provided a 60$ meal voucher (Getting the voucher was another story – I had to spend 30 minutes and talk to their manager on duty to get the same). The breakfast was good and the servers were very nice, my daughter loved the décor and the TV on the table was a big plus (Too keep her quiet). Redeeming the voucher was another uphill task,... however hotel staff did solved the issue.
Rooms – Rooms were Ok size, Beds were comfortable. We had some issues with the AC which were fixed promptly. AC was quiet and we got peaceful sleep.
No Safe in the room, that is not expected. Hotel should provide a safe in room.
Bathroom – Bathroom was tiny but clean with good towels. Please fix the shower head, it was 50% clogged.
Restaurant – Excellent food with Bar.
Lobby – Nothing to speak about. They have Disney souvenirs shop in the lobby which is helpful for your last minute shopping. However, I would recommend visiting other souvenir shops outside of Disneyland area which offer excellent value. We found different of atleast 30% in prices.
WiFi – Non-existent. There was no WiFi reception in my room. We could only connect one device at a time and that too had a very weak signal. Pathetic!

We are IHG members and choose Holiday Inns because we have always been able to count on their cleanliness and comfort. However, this place is the exception. This hotel is rundown and waaaay too far to walk to Disneyland, as their website suggests otherwise. Granted, we came during a heat spell at the end of September and the temperatures were in the high 90's with humidity. Unfortunately, the interior of the hotel was just as uncomfortable as the outside; no air conditioning in the common areas, only in the rooms, however the ventilation in the rooms was horrible. Small bathrooms where you could hardly enter the toilet area without squeezing between the door and the tub. The carpet was separated from the bathroom vanity to the threshold of the toilet room and ants and other small insects were crawling out of the crack. The elevator did not work properly so there were long waits to use it. There is a shuttle bus that comes to the hotel, but it is expensive $5 per person and stops at all the hotels, when you can take a cab for about $10. Pool and Splash area nice, but not nice enough to make me want to come back.

I was there for a week of training/ business and I was able to relax and do my work. Housekeeping has great Customer Service as well as the Sales Manager, Eva H. Again thank you for your hospitality!

I arrived very late and was extremely tired and the staff made it so fast and easy to get my room they even gave me a late check out!
