Restaurant under new construction, temporary eating facility noisy, stark, chilly, >> pleasant helpful servers ! Fast service. Food good. Problem with billing and communications. February 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by wait for renovstion to be completed no desk in room , poor lighting in room for work, table area too tight for work or dining. The 80s called and wants their furniture back. The opening to the room was tight and off center. Bath clean, quiet and good comfort sleeping. February 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by some problems We happy with somethings in the hotel, but the staff had no idea if they were coming or going. We checked in and we asked about breakfast and they said is was free so when we got up the next morning we headed down all 8 of us and too our surprise it was not. its only good at the Holiday Inn express not the resort Holiday Inn. Be careful they would not do anything for the mistake. We also ordered some Ice Cream from Room Service at 9pm and we never ever saw it and I could not even get through to cancel at 10.30 when my kids were a sleep. The Hotel was clean and neat but the Staff has not got a clue. I am a Priority Club member and that didnt help with the breakfast either. February 15, 2015
